  Needs work to get back to Marriott standards

  As a former "Road Warrior" with over 5,000 nights of hotels stays over 30 years, I tend to be more critical of hotels now that I am retired, but still in my 50's, when I stay at a hotel. Overall- Average Location- Good Value - Godd Needs Work - Needs to be updated - Needs work in bathroom - Breakfast needs work Needs Updating The hotel is starting to show it's age in places and it could use an update Bathroom I know hotels are trying to be trendy in the bathroom, but hotels have forgotten to be practical. Bathroom shower has 1/2 glass and open 2nd half. Unless you stand directly stand under the shower head which is about 5', the water will go out the back back and get the floor and door wet. That is probably the reason the bottom half of the door is rotting. Breakfast Average at best, from the turkey sausage which were terrible to the fruit that looked old, and small cups for drinks. Not a positive at this hotel Won't be staying again, but not because of the hotel, 7/10, but not worth driving 10 + miles of I-85.

  Horrible: feels as old as it is

  Disgusting: i was on the floor looking for the burrito that left a stench. Could not find it, windows sealed shut... the door locks are old, had to go back to reservation for new key. Next day, tried to use key to come in side door and was told oh those doors dont work. I would expect more from a $99 motel 6...

  Horrible Place Stay Away

  Hotel does not offer housekeeping services and has extremely limited breakfast offerings. Marriott needs to yank the franchise from this place. Dont know what else to say...Ive stayed over 700 nights at Marriott and never experienced crap like this. Must have an incredibly penny pinching owner

  Convenient to North Pointe Mall

  Stayed at this Fairfield many times and find it clean and quiet. Convenient to shopping, businesses and not too far to downtown Alpharetta. Grab and go breakfast had many choices an attentive attendant keeping it well stocked.

  Clean hotel, convenient location.

  Clean, updated, modern rooms. Covid restrictions followed. Normal "hot" breakfast not served because of restricitons, but muffins, bagels, cereal, etc... is appropriate. Convenient location and easy access to 400 highway. Will stay here again if needed.
