  Great hotel.

  Super clean new hotel. Very nice friendly & responsive staff. Used Bonvoy app to check in early with no problems whatsoever. Comfortable beds. Quiet room even being near the elevator. The carpet in guest room was so new and thick that it actually slowed down the door. Wow!

  Nice hotel! Very Clean!

  We were pleasantly surprised with this Fairfield. New, modern, clean and courteous. We stay at Marriott's for the most part, and this one exceeded our expectations. The room was large and very comfortable as well.

  Horrible

  Our experience at this hotel was horrible. We arrived at 11pm in the evening. Upon arrival our room smelled heavily of smoke. We were traveling with our children. I immediately called the front desk and was told they did not have another room available. The lady at the desk admitted to the previous tenants smoking in the room despite the room being non-smoking. She offered to reduce the room rates for the night. The next day we asked to cancel our reservation and not be charged for that day. Our request was denied by the general manager. The customer service for this facility is not acceptable. I will never stay here again....very disappointed with Marriotts customer service.

  Newer property with nice rooms

  It located just off the interstate but far enough back from the road that even with a room facing the highway the noise was not really an issue. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and were able to help point me in the right direction for a good dinner. The room was well appointed and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was more than enough space to get some work done before calling it a night.

  Poor breakfast experience.

  Hey! One of the parts of staying at a hotel I look most forward to is having a good nutritious breakfast. Fairfields normally have an excellent selection, but this hotel currently has a very poor unhealthy selection. Say what you want about coronavirus safety, but other hotels Ive stayed and have had an excellent selection already amongst the health measures taken. I am very disappointed in that aspect. Other than that the employees were friendly and did a great job.
