  Just ok

  First I was not greeted as an awards member. When I went to my room, I noticed there were no water. I go back down, she says oh I didnt notice your awards number when you were checking in, heres your water. She also didnt know that IHG and Marriott had joined.. what!! An employee that doesnt know whats going on.. the bed was so hard my stomach started hurting. Im a stomach sleeper. Awoke to go have breakfast but Ive long gave up box eggs (or powdered eggs) made everything else less appetizing.. mark this one off the list. Disappointed in the brand at this location..

  good for families

  Booked two suite rooms for family and it was great. The rooms were big and they even furnished baby shampoo for the children. The included breakfast was plentiful and had a great selection. The children loved the waffles shaped like the state of Texas. We would book here again.

  Had such a great stay. Beds were very comfortable. Gloria was very nice and very helpful. Will definitely be back again. I work in the same industry and Gloria was awesome. Didn't get to try breakfast because I woke up too late.

  I rarely give a perfect score but the Staff here earned this one. Great stay. Great room. Great service. Easy to find and close to shopping and restaurants. Big thank you to Misty for her awesome personality and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

  Trip during COVID

  Rooms are not the best and the service was not on point. So I have the bonvoy app to request certain things before check in. We never received them. I also called twice to get the items I requested and on the third time we finally got them, the day before we left. I understand COVID is amongst us but there could have been better communication during check in about room service. Also toilet got backed up and tubs/ shower.
