  False Advertising: Room with Mountain View??????????????

  I give this place a 1 star rating for two reasons. Number one I paid for a "Mountain View: Room. The view was as follows: Smoking Area, Parking Lot, Parked Cars, Vermont State Road 100, Numberous Semi's Jack Braking all night, a rundown Chinese Restaurant, a bunch of decrepit buildings, a Thai Restaurant.... Then way way far away was the top of a hill. Why do people lie? Guy at Front Desk said he knew it was a false but couldn't do anything about it. Said the "Flat Landers," like it? Said I need to talk to the manager. Next morning, I told the women at the Front Desk this morning about the view and she said "What were you expecting." The truth I said. The people at this hotel are dishonest.

  Great location to everything

  Stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Jan. 29th through the 31st with my best friend. I had stayed at this hotel once before and told him it was by far one of best hotel's around,hand's down. My friend is very particular about his accommodations and the staff at Fairfield Inn & Suite's/ Waterbury Stowe never fail to impress me! Check-in was taken care of within 5 minute's and was made very effortlessly. The gentleman who confirmed my reservations was very courteous and most helpful.(my one regret is that I didn't get his name, he deserves to be recognized for all his hard work as does everyone else who work's there!) My friend couldn't believe how spotless this hotel room was. He was most taken with how comfortable the bed was, said it was much better than the one he had at home! He also raved about how clean the bathroom was and how well the shower worked. (Alway's a major plus!) This hotel is centrally located in the Green Mountains of Vermont and is close to alot of nearby attractions. I will be telling all my friend's, if they need a place to stay, this hotel is it. In closing, I would like to personally thank all of the staff at this property for all their hard work and dedication to making our stay a most enjoyable one. See you soon! P.S.   Great hotel in Waterbury!

  Spent a wonderful long weekend at Fairfield Inn & Suites Waterbury. It's 20 minutes from the mountain and there's so many great places to eat nearby (PK Coffee, Stowe Street Cafe, Thai Smile, Michael's on the Hill). The staff were kind, helpful and on top of Covid protocols. Emily, at the front desk is a true customer service and guest services professional. Had an executive King suite and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, quiet, and well equipped with many amenities (Keurig machine) at your disposal. Rooms were spotless, hallways were clean and the lobby was immaculate. Sadly the pool and hot tub were closed due to Covid. Underground parking garage came in handy as it snowed heavily for 3 days. Would definitely stay here again!

  2 weekend ski trips a week apart

  Im a huge fan of the Marriott Brand and found the Fairfield Inn in Waterbury near Stowe Mountain. We checked in and were greeted by Emily. Very professional and courteous. Our room was an upgrade due to my status with Marriott and was very nice clean and comfortable. Our two Stays were wonderful every staff member we encountered were professional and accommodating. During our second stay a week later we got the same room and had to leave a day early due to an accident skiing which broke my wifes Tibia. At the time we did not know it was broken but any staff members we encountered were willing to help in anyway. I would like to Thank everyone for going above and beyond to help us. Emily Ashley and everyone at this property is top notch. The property was immaculate, service phenomenal and the hotel itself was in pristine condition. All the team members were wonderful. If in the area stay at this property for a wonderful stay.

  Excellent Stowe Home base

  Staff is excellent. Rooms are comfy and modern. Was very clean and felt safe traveling in covid times. Waterbury was cool to go out and have dinner/drinks. Only $7 uber away. Parking at Stowe is easy and makes the 25 minute drive fly by. I always say I'm going to try out the Lodge at Spruce Peak but this hotel has never disappointed. It helps the Alchemist is right on the way home and you can grab some heady toppers. I'll keep coming back!
