  Huge NO!

  I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago and I noticed upon entering the building that it had an odor to it. It seems like an older hotel so I didnt think too much of it. My room seemed clean and was good for my stay. I was there that time for 4 days total. Flash forward to this stay, my room was booked for 5 days this time. I notice the weird smell upon entering the building again, almost like wet dog. Which again, I could deal with. But when I got into my room it smelt like straight up rancid armpit. Upon further examination I found what appeared to be about a half dollar size blood stain on the curtain in the sleeping area. Im not usually one to complain, and I have never in all my experiences requested to switch rooms, but this time I did. The girl at the front desk was super sweet and I apologized for asking to switch rooms, but she reassured me and assigned me a different room. Upon entering the 2nd room, i immediately noticed the carpet was filthy, and the shower curtain liner was brown tinged, to the point where you could see the water stains on it and the bottom was crumpled up. This room also smelt horrible of BO. I was going to bite my tongue, but on the way to get my luggage the front desk girl asked if this room was better, and I spilled my guts to her that it just wasnt much better. At this point, she gives me a third room. Upon entering this one too had a horrible smell, but I was quite tired (almost 9pm at this point) and I just wanted to stop moving around, I figured I could deal with the smell and book a different hotel for the rest of my stay tomorrow. She brought me a bottle of homemade febreeze to spray around. I tried to eat my dinner in there but the smell was so strong I was gagging. I decided to look around a bit more, and that is when I found what appears to be bed bug marks/blood stains on the curtains. I also found them on the sheets and pillow cases. Upon pulling the sheets back to examine further, I found was looks like fresh blood (Still bright red) , the size of a half dollar on the sheets. As well as some very questionable brown smudges in another area of the sheets. I was livid at this point. I checked out of the room, cancelled my reservation, not even knowing where I would go stay for the night. At that point even my car was looking like a better option. 3 rooms, all filthy. Totally unacceptable. Will NOT recommend and would NEVER stay here again.

  Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room

  The staff here were kind and helpful. They always had a smile on their face. The hotel was clean, bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was complimentary and had many choices to choose from.

  Great Stay!

  I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spacious and the breakfast was excellent. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was wonderful. I highly recommend choosing this hotel when staying in Bartlesville. Very impressed!!!

  Super nice people and clean room

  The war, friendly staff is really what stood out to me during my stay at this hotel. My room was clean, the bed was super comfortable and the free breakfast had a variety of choices to keep everyone happy. Highly recommend!

  This place is a waste of time and money. Total dump

  I realize it's Bartlsville OK and I'm not going to ind 5 stat hotels. But, I was checked into a room that not been cleaned. During my stay my room was not cleaned on one other day. The maids are lazy and the management does not care. In addition don't expect ANY benefits from your Bonvoy membership. No water in the room. Rooms are barely furnished. The bed linens are like newspapers. This is just a bad all around property. Recommend any other place except this dump.
