  Lovely Hotel with Comfy Beds and Pillows

  Stayed 3 nights sharing twin room with a friend. Though not spacious, room was bright and clean, with super comfy beds and pillows. Wardrobe space is small but there is much shelf space, a long sofa and a chair that work just as well. There's free Wi-Fi, bottled water and hot beverages, TV with 40 channels, safe, slippers and empty fridge. Shower is decent except that the wall mounted soap and shampoo is hard to press out, so would advised to bring your own toiletries just in case. Our window on the 18th floor (facing the back) features a nice panoramic view of the city. There's a pool and gym, and the cafe serves a decent spread of local and international breakfast items. Staff is in general polite and attentive. As local friends provided transport, can't comment on its location except that it's on the main road which would get you wherever you want to go in West Surabaya really. Other than that, a very good stay indeed.

  Hotel review

  It has amazing view from my room, This is the example view that i took from my room and the room size makes me satisfied. Near the hotel the are several restaurants that i love like, Gang Djangkrik, this hotel is very recommended.

  Good choice during pandemic

  Stayed here on August 2020, I feel safe during my stay, though covid-19 news are everywhere, rest assure this hotel will do their best to protect their customers. the price i got was IDR 484,000 with breakkie The breakkie was OK, not good not bad. I can understand this since the restaurant must be closed to stop the pandemic.

  nice comfy stay

  the hotel located in some private bank building. The lobby was spacious, many seating area. The staffs were nice and warm, the room was spacious and has nice view, it also clean. During pandemic, breakfast served in room, but they forgot to bring on of my orders. The breakfast itself, tasted ok, but I think they can improve it. All the facilities located ath 5th floor, unfortunately theres only regular pool, not infinity ones. I asked for late check out, they gave 30 minutes. During the checkout, the staff were helpful, asking if I need a receipt, or maybe a ride. Overall its worth the money, even better when you book in advance, I booked last minute so its a bit pricey. p.s. they dont gave a welcome drink, though its stated on their website

  Finger cut cause KAVA resto and bad and ignorance FO team at this incident

  My first time in Fairfield Surabaya stay in 1511, this morning I got cut on my finger at your restaurant, the cause is a sharp point around 2-3mm in the chair I sat on. I call Juli, a guy around and showed my cut and the sharp point. So this is happened while Im travelling for business and giving extra care for myself but yet the response given by Fairfield Surabaya is way far from Marriot DNA. Mr. Juli responded by saying sorry and give me plaster/small bandage after I ask for it. The no problem response is shown by remarkable Mr. Dani at Front Office, I ask for the Manager around and he was saying Im in charge, Im asking why you put such a chair he answered this is the first time. I ask about my health safety if I got infected ( at this time I got emotional) his gesture just stood off and keeping his eyes to the monitor while Im speaking. And finally he laughed at me and ask me to give respect to him????? He doesnt even say the SORRY word. So Im disappointed to the service, poor facility and poor quality of Front Office team of Fairfield Surabaya Thank you for showing me your very best facility and hospitality before I check-out, Fairfield Surabaya really make my day Ronald PS: you better put a good communicative person at Front Office and trained well about the hospitality business
