  El staff fue muy amable todo el tiempo, estuvieron pendientes de lo que necesitaramos y nos asesoraba en todo. La habitacion tenia lo necesario y siempre limpia y confortable. El desayuno podria mejorar un poco, no se sentia tan fresco los ultimos dias

  The Perfect Wedding Reception!

  For the past 9 years of my life, I've spent my most of my weekdays in hotel rooms. And more often than not, that used to always be an SPG / Marriott hotel room. So, when it came to planning and hosting one of the biggest days of my life, there never really was a question of where. The question was where. My in-laws had stayed at the Fairfield for over a week when they were in Kolkata previously to attend to some personal matters. Based on their glowing recommendation, and the care and love your staff took care of them, Fairfield was always our first choice. And, that I think was one of the best decisions we made during the wedding. Right from our initial conversations where we were finalizing the contracts, to menus to locations, Payel and her team were instrumental. They showed compassion, warmth, welcome and commitment. Very soon, it felt like we weren't planning our event with a vendor, but a close friend or a relative. And all this, over emails and phone calls - considering the circumstances! And that continued all the way throughout our entire association. Be it pre-event planning to coordinate w/ my event team, or receiving packages, or making arrangements for the little details and requests. At arrival - the front desk was exceptional - checking in over 6 rooms at a point. I specifically want to call out the late-night front desk team (apologies as I forgot their names) - weirdly all our requests / changes would come up during the late night - and they would be ever so accommodating. The event itself, was perfect. The food was amazing - Chef really took care of all our requests, no matter how odd, Pradeep went to great lengths to ensure the comfort of my guests and us, and everything went without hitch. Finally, I also want to call out your housekeeping (Biltu) responsible for the 2nd floor. He I think was the perfect summary of our experience. Magically present with a helping hand and a smile when we needed him, and working tirelessly in the shadows, hidden from us to make sure every wish of ours was taken care of without us ever asking.   Amazing hospitality

  We admired the way hospitality was served in Marriott. A Special Mention for OJAS , who served us with his extraordinary value by taking care of us during breakfast, Serving with smile, being polite and overall a great experience being served by him. Amazing work OJAS! If you are going to spend few days in Bengaluru, make sure you stay in Fairfield by Marriott :) SUNIL PARWANI ...

  Very nice hotel and centrally located. The staff at the hotel take hospitality to the next level to make sure you have a pleasurable stay. Pooja from Guest Relations left no stone unturned to ensure a fantastic stay experience.

  Awesome staycation

  Stayed over the weekend with family. Was bit sceptic at the time of booking having had a lukewarm experience with Fairfield @ Rajajinagar. Chitragupt at front office was kind to suggest and allot interconnected rooms which really worked well for the kids going between the 2 rooms. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner spread was surprisingly better than Taj and other 5 stars. And the service was exceptional. Special mention to Dheeraj who was prompt and on point, also behaved in a friendly manner with the kids. Breakfast spread was equally good. More importantly, most of the menu tasted good. However, breakfast service was a big letdown as compared to the dinner service. But in totality, I won't regret a thing about our choice of the place for the staycation. PS- hotel of this stature needs to have better quality and range of tea in the room.
