  Defininitely not a home away from home

  My family was placed in this hotel while our apartment was under construction. You basically get what you pay for. Amenities were not as described. There wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room so be prepared to spend extra money on food and beverage. There are so many limitations to what you can and can't do. I wouldn't consider this even a 3 star facility. They were very stingy with extra bath towels. There were 2 sets in the room, and when asked for extra I was got 2 bath towels. Then, I asked for the linen for the sleeper sofa and was given a comforter and a flat sheet. When asked for the fitted sheet to go on the mattress the desk person said their wasn't one. All in all a horrible experience and an uncomfortable stay.

  Convenient Location

  Late night check in went smoothly except key cards had to be redone. Good wifi. Clean room; spacious and quiet. Good AC. Good water pressure. Easy parking. Quick check out. Pleasant staff and clean lobby.

  Worst place I have stayed in.

  I stayed at this hotel because of the location but the rooms were dirty, the air conditioner did not work, the breakfast included wasn't worth eating, carpets were badly stained and the general maintenance was non-existent. The staff was friendly and tried to help but fixing the problems that existed were out of their control.

  Denesia at front desk gave a warn welcome

  I was very pleased with the cleanliness. professionalism , and inexpensive room rates! I highly recommend this to anyone in cleveland ohio area. It's by far the most affordable and comfortable hotel . I was greeted by Denesia and a new girl that worked front desk, and completely satisfied with how my family was treated

  Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No TP, towels, microwave, fridge, AC didn't work half the time. no phone in room. 

  No TP on arrival, two towels for three rooms, no microwave, no fridge, AC didn't work half the time in one room. no phone in two rooms. Rooms were dirty, elevators smelled like weed and pall malls. Loud music all night or at least till 4am when I passed out. Night manager acted like he could not understand us when we tried to talk to him. Honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It does not even deserve a one star rating. If I had a chance to stay again, or sleep in my car...I would sleep in my car. That is how bad it was. What is worse is they ignored us and acted like we didn't matter. Very poor customer service and poor attitude of the management.
