  Típico Holiday Inn

  No hay transporte público cerca, se tiene que llegar en taxi o vehículo particular, buen descanso, tiene servicio de transporte a 5 millas a la redonda. La habitación no tiene microondas ni caja de seguridad. Muy lejos de Manhattan. Menú muy limitado en el restaurante.

  Great no frills hotel

  We were there for a short business trip that was taking place across the street from the Continuing Ed Center at Rutgers University. The hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and close to everything. The restaurant on-site (Alexander;s) has a daily breakfast buffet for a fee and it has a nightly buffet of Indian food all you can eat for $13.00. We found that to be lacking. The restaurant in the bar is good for lunch and there are also other restaurants around. We went to Ruby Tuesday's one night that was less that 5 minutes away and there are a number of places that deliver. The front desk staff was a great help. The pool was delightful. I would definitely reccommend. And they allow pets!

  Best hotel in the area

  The minute you walk in you can tell the vibes in this place its calm and pleasant. Cleanliness is important to me I like how clean it is. The front desk has great customer service ! Helpful and genuinely friendly.They have a restaurant/sports bar on the premises with tasty food and the staff have great customer service. i see its a family hotel of course more people on the weekend but you dont have to worry about hearing outside noise from your room . The rooms are super clean and comfy. A 12 minute drive to the mini mall with all you need. i highly recommend this place !

  Priceline amenities FAKE!! Currently in Room 309

  With this pandemic crisis that we are all going through, i am very picky when it comes to having the basics in a room. At least a microwave and a small frige! When i booked through priceline, it guarantees a microwave as part of their amenities list. When i checked in the young lady at the front desk told me that all microwaves have been occupied and therefore i could not ask for any! I cannot belive that with this crisis, we all have to share the lobby microwave. And not to mention, the elevators have a sign OUT OF THE SERVICE! For the past 5 days that I have been here, i kept asking front desk what is wrong with the elevators, but no one said anything, until tonight when they finally said, Oh, the elevators do not go up. Only go down. If i would have known this i would never have booked in the first place! When i call priceline, they deny having most of the fake ammenities on their site!

  STAY AWAY! PRICELINE AND THIS HOTEL ARE HORRIBLE!

  PRICELINE USER BEWARE! This "hotel" was packaged on Priceline with 2 other quality hotels. Priceline claims that this is a 3 star hotel with a restaurant and fitness center. It shows beautiful photos and describes luxurious amenities. You arrive in a dark parking lot filled with pot holes. Upon entering the lobby you are greeted my the smell of cigarette smoke. The hotel restaurant has been closed for quite sometime and not COVID related. Fitness center also closed. The desk clerk was kind and speedy with the registration; almost sad that you actually booked at this property. There is only one working elevator. The one that is working you need to press the DOWN button to call it to your floor. Be careful getting on because the elevator is either too high or low when it gets to your floor. The rooms are small, but that isn't an issue. The heavy scent of cleaning supplies mask a dirty room. I would bring an old pair of socks to wear when you are walking around the room because the carpet is so filthy. I stayed one evening and checked out the next morning. I tried to get refunded however Priceline refused and hid behind the cancelation policy of the hotel. Buyer beware - both Priceline and the management of this property could careless about you.
