A Review !
The room isn't cleaned thoroughly, but i enjoyed the most of the stay. The gym was closed during my stay, because of maintenance. The pool seems nice and clean, but i didn't swim at all, since i was out the most of the day. The room my family ordered was the 2 bedroom, connected by a toilet. Sadly, there's only one toilet! It is not that pleasant enough for me because only one people can took a bath in the shower and kinda waste some times. The building it self are aging, so that from the outsides, the hotel looks ugly, but not from the inside. The room consist of a stove (electrical stove), a fridge with a freezer, ice cube tray inside the fridge, a sink (for you to wash dishes), a microwave, a dining room, an air conditioned living room with a TV, and they also borrowed you some plates, cups, and bowls. Sone of the floor tiles are moving, but that didn't mind us at all. In every hotel rooms, there are rubbish bins. Other hotels always threw away your trashes away, so that you can have a clean rubbish bins. But not here. There's a trash can not cleared. They also provide you some free coffees and teas inside your room, but NEVER ASK FOR AN EXTRA or else you'll GET CHARGED, but it got refilled everyday. They also provide free mineral waters. The Air Conditioner is very cold, but it is adjustable. My sister and i got too cold, but we adjusted them. Overall, it was a nice stay. I would love to come back to Kuala Lumpur for the third or more times in this hotel.

Totally Unworthy
The corridor is smelly and filthy. Its lifts are old and badly needing services. It is probably the worse hotel I have ever stayed. This place is probably haunted as well. Totally would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

OMG!!
I would've voted 0 if I could! booked junior suites and both room got so many problems. The problems: water heater got smoke and burnt smell, AC in the first bedroom leaking like crazy, living room AC fixed 2 times still warm, both toilet lost the sprayer head. After so many times trying to fix the problem, the water heater was our final straw, moved to different one that they insist also junior suite but it was impossible as it was half the size of the first one. When we got in, the light in the living room was blinking, furniture was way too many in small living space, it was very cramped, our 3 children knocked their head here and there, it was awful. Avoid this place at all cost!!! This place need to be demolish and rebuild!!

I stay with my friend's this hotel everything was ok but there is a pool 5th floor I can't get time for swimming however when I go to swimming pool at night time for smoke and relax myself that time one of the hotel staff I think his security, how come the man can ask me at now pool close can't sit here and also asking me you're staying here?

COMFORT TO HAVE OVERNIGHT
It's quite strategy as it's near Pavillion and is located at the center og Kuala Lumpur. The place is quite spacious as it can fit to 15 people in that place. THe facilities and service there not bad.
