  Homely Stay.

  You will feel like a home. Its better if you are in group bcz its a house which have flats of 2/3bhk and a common dine in area. Room were clean but washrooms were not that much clean. Complimentary breakfast was nice. And yeah access to this property is not easy as condition of roads is very bad.

  Business Trip to Tidel Park

  The stay is close to Tidel Park. The property is located a little inside amongst residential area. The property itself looks like Home Stay, you get the comfort and feeling as you at home. The people around are very helpful, especially Mr. John who is the manager of the property.

  Even though the rooms was empty the staff took extra charge for early check in at this hotel saying that the rooms was fully occupied which obviously crossed my budget of accommodation and thought I could have booked a better room somewhere near to the main road. This is basically a residential building which has been converted to a hotel. Location is a little bit inside from the main road and you will have to depend on a taxi or an auto to reach the place. Air Conditioning in the room was not properly working and sounded weird when switched on. Room was quite clean and tidy with a balcony. Interior was arranged beautifully and complementary breakfast was good.

  Pathetic staff behaviour and bad facility

  On july 7th and 8th 2018, i stayed at this facility along with another two members. The property located inside a housing colony and the approach road was very bad. Staff behaviour was very poor and they asked us to surrender all of the guest original id card for verification. I used to stay at fab iberis at shollinganallur, were the facility and treatement was very good and excellent. Here in elewet, all things are bad and no kitchen facility available, also the restroom fitting was very bad and not working properly. Compare to other fab facility this property is 0% worth for money. I really experienced disgusting ambience. I never recommend this for anyone in future.

  Very close to Chennai one Magnnum

  An average budget accommodation with nno luxuries, but has basic amenities for a quick business travel. Nearness to Chennai one magnum and OMR Thuraipakkam is an advantage and little inside a peaceful locality make it very peaceful calm place to stay. I loved the place and the boys here, they are ready to help you at any moment, and in the last one year I have stayed here more than 10 times and each visit were between 2-7days. Never faced any trouble. Lack of cafeteria to get you a coffee when needed is a drawback. The wifi is good and complementary breakfast is good
