  Please beware of this hotel before booking

  I booked this hotel for my official trip to Mumbai..through fab hotel website..I reached there by only 9.00pm..me and my husband gone there after reached they asking us marriage certificate and we told that we dont get any information before so we dint bring any Id. He is asking marriage photos how I search my photos in that time we are so tried too...he is asking too many questions..its so irritating..if they need any Id they should inform us before itself na..they send too many mails regarding payment but regarding this no such mail before arrive we get irriate and we gone to another hotel...so pls confirm one or two times before book dont pay before check in..thank u

  Disgusting!

  I booked a deluxe room , indeed the rooms are so small. Nevetheleds i booked in total 3 rooms together but the rooms were so untidy , the bedsheets had so bad stains on it. The service was so bad and also the receptionist Mr.Mohammed should be trained on how to talk to guests. Also the mini bar or the fridge didnt had any cooling, the a/c inspire of being put on 16 still was worse then 30 degrees. A room would be having a 250 ml water bottle and after that water would be charged which makes the stay even more disgusting. I was in a thought that as it comes under treebo there would be something placed as amenity as i can found in every Treebo hotels , where over here nothing was placed. Rooms are highly charged and has no worth in it. The service also is not so prompt, even the staff especially to the front desks are more annoying. The best of all fact is that i booked 3 rooms for more then 6k and we only used 1 room that too I guess for 3 hours and didnt even stepped to other rooms to see as we got to much frustrated with the service and the cleanliness that we moved to other hotel within few hours.

  Nice amenities

  Was a nice experience .staffs are very cooperative specially md.baig.clean n big room with good n hygine breakfast.I hope every one could try it is in budget and worth for money.luved the experience.opp to seven hills hospital a good landmark for every one you can get taxi or auto from ne part of mumbai to reach here.

  Good

  Everything was good facilities, Muhammad baig staff cooperated so well. Had a good experience with tree. Had a good break fast everything was quick service. Next visit I must come and stay on treebo only.

  Pleasant stay

  Nice and safe to stay here. Ambience was very good. Services are good. Guidance is good. Vegetarian hotel exactly beside Ashir. Bus stop is very near by and walkable distance to Marol metro Thank you so much.
