  DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

  PLEASE READ: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL...the rooms r nasty and they r very over priced for this trash and the service...I came to this hotel on a Monday and the 1st room was very dirty with broken air...I was told to stay in the room until mantinance came but I refused and was moved to another room...tht room was also nasty but I bought my own cleaning supplies And cleaned it myself...there was trash left from previous renters and that made me very angry because house keeping is trifling for that...after 2days the plumbing started backing up and nasty boo boo water was all on the floor and coming up through the tub...I called several times tht night and the next day for it to be looked at...after hours of hounding them about it they finally came at 5pm the next day only to tell me its nothing that can be done and my room was moved AGAIN...SHANE IN THE OFFICE IS A LIAR AND HAS BEEN AVOIDING ME SINCE...he put me yet another dirty room with a big hole in the wall that I watched spiders and roaches crawling in and out of...the floors r warped and peeling...the paint on da ceiling is creepy crawling...I understand that it is an old facility but for 300 350 400 450 a week...this property can afford to b updated...the location is in a good area for Jackson...but that alone doesnt make up for the BS going on inside the property...my wife has since been ate up by bugs and I was told that there is no corporate office...my next step is to file a lawsuit because this is totally unacceptable...I have uploaded pics of the filth and the backed up plumbing...PLEASE DO NOT LEASE THIS HOTEL AT ALL

  Gross, disgusting, RUN RUN RUN!

  The man that checked us in was friendly. The room and property was dated and dirty. My problem was when my 8 year old daughter walked out of the bathroom area with a dirty, bloody used mensuration pad. Eww gross. My husband immediately walked up to the front desk to let them know what happened and the man behind the counter refused to do anything about it because "it had been over 30 minutes since we checked in." He didn't even offer to move us rooms. I am sorry, but was my daughter supposed to find the bloody pad before 30 minutes was up? Sorry for that inconvenience. I immediately called hotels.com customer service where my booking was paid for and the took care of it for me after calling the man at the front and getting the same response. If at all possible DO NOT stay here. If you value your life or your family's lives find something elsewhere. Not worth the discounted rate, or the hassle.

  Nasty and rude dont stay

  I stayed at the pen house suite 1/24/12 arrived around 630 the room appeared fine at first but once I cooked some food and clean up around 1030 I saw several roaches start to come out. I called the office he stated I could get my money back once I got my things and they send someone up to verify roaches. I went down to the desk he changed it and stated because there is another room available we can not give u a discount we can move you to another room and discount it I said ok. We walked through the room around 11 to make sure there was no raochers and they were not. But around 12AM I got ready for bed and pulled out couch bed it was horrible burn stains food brown spots everywhere. I went back to office it was closed I spoke with sercurity they tried helping me by callin the guy that worked front desk he would not answer just text and stated we would have to see about a refund in the morning at 7AM there was nothin he could do tonight because office was closed. I called at 7AM he was not there and was told he would be in bout 3:30 lucky I forgot something in my room came back and saw him at the desk. I ask about my refunded explain how nasty both rooms where he went back and forth with me and accuse me of writing a bad review I stated I did not but I will be writing one because of horrible stay. He explain he could not give refund then said he would if I had my card. I did not have my card but would leave to go get it as I was leaving out I did say this is some Bull because of how upset I was he said oh no we cant have cursing we will see about your refund Monday. I ask for manager or someone over him he told me he didnt have a number but could speak with Pretty. I will be back to speak with her Monday. I did not like the nasty rooms or the guy bad attitude as well I deserve an apology and my money back or partial refund on my room because this is ridiculous.

  Old and No Wifi

  Checked in June 1st, today is.the 9th. Still no wifi. Excuse after excuse. They wont call management and management wont call me. Front desk doesnt seem to care. The one guy said I was better off going somewhere else. Rooms are not good, old everything. 1 pillow, 2 half towels, hair on walls, microwave nasty.

  Nasty and not good customer service

  I was alone so it wouldve been nice if the tv actually worked and WiFi was super slow the heat kept going out the refrigerator had mold on it it the hotel have roaches would be very nice if they cleaned up in updated they appliances
