  A kitchen in every room.

  This hotel is made for you to save money. They have kitchens in every room with a full size refrigerator instead of a mini one. Best part is that its all included in the price. They even provide dishes. Only thing is that its not in the room but at the front.

  Maintenance assistance needed ASAP

  I stayed un room 313 for 8 days. My room appeared to be clean but after using one of the supplied wash clothes to clean, I found it wasnt that clean at all. Also, I found a lighter and a candle under the chair so I dont any deep.cleaning was performed before my rent. I found there to be a nice kitchenette in the room and am grateful for "Donald" I think his name was for supplying me with the basic dishes to live in the room. The room has its damaged as well, please see the photos. I guess besides the early morning noises from construction or whatever next door, and a lack of parking (spots are too tight) I think the worse thing I saw was the complete lack of cleanliness outside the room. I get it people are living in these but no excuse at all. Donald and another woman were walking around with brooms and dust pans cleaning butys from the lot. They need a small leaf blower. More timely and during business hours very appropriate. As for the walkways? Wow! How nasty and not to mention the needles? Did I mention the abandoned looking car or two in the lot? Anyways, I did appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Very nice people and I would probably stay again however NOT in the back lot rooms.

  A home away from home!

  This place has everything you would need when you are traveling for work. Kitchens in the room, full size fridges and microwaves. The bed was semi firm but it wasnt too bad. One thing that sucks is the placement of the rooms. If you are facing the highway you can hear all of the highway traffic in your room. But if youre on the other side, it is quiet.

  Communication and understanding

  I had the pleasure to stay here while a special someone was in town for the love holiday weekend! There was a slight mishap with the booking online although in advance, however Benton one of the staff members was nice enough to make a feasible accommodation. During the stay there was some noise from other tenants, once expressed to the front desk it was addressed! I was even comped a night during my stay which was as more then I even expected! Thank you so much for the hospitality and service! Look forward to future stays!

  Disappointing. Check your sheets.

  I would not stay here again. The sheets were not washed from the previous guests. There was a drop of blood on them, and they were wrinkled as if you could tell they were not fresh sheets. There were no trash receptacles. Upon checking in the desk employee was staying late, mentioning that the manager was not answering their phone, and commented that this was a horrible extended stay. I can't disagree, as I've stayed in several others. The one upside was we were given a 60% off credit for our next stay at any extended stay.
