  Great location and service

  I have been staying at Extended Stay America or ESA - Peoria for a few months now and have enjoyed every day. The rates are affordable, the hotel itself is kept very clean, the housekeeping staff does a great job in cleaning my room when assigned, and the staff is attentive to making my stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend staying at the ESA - Peoria.

  Love it here

  Great place to stay, front desk is friendly and helpful. Very clean! Lots of places to eat around us! Quiet and great location. Beds are comfortable and housekeeping does a great job! Maintenance is well kept.

  Front desk brought them from 0 to 2 stars.

  I'm in hotels over 300 nights a year (for work)..... The front desk was better than most Extended Stay locations. That being said.... don't expect much. There is no "grab & go breakfast". used to be individual wrapped muffins, but hotel is using COVID excuse to offer less and make more. Housekeeping is nearly non-existent. (they clean LESS because of COVID. only AFTER 2 WEEKS, will they 1/2 clean your room) I looked under my bed and found ???? (not from me) didn't look to close, too scary (see pic- ). Common areas are all pretty dirty. Extended stay does not have a 24hr front desk. There is someone that can fix key issues, but do not expect any other service until 9am. Do not expect to check inn, till 3pm. That's just an Extended Stay thing. The kitchen sounds great, but you are given VERY little to work with. You request your kitchen needs from the front desk, and then receive whatever they have available. Usually consists of a single pot and pan (usually with lids). My pot had severely scratched/peeling non-stick surface and the handle was falling off (see photo I will add). The cooktop burners take about 10 min to heat up, then about as long to cool back down (one of my 2 burners did not work). Expect a very firm bed. Also do not leave belongings in unattended room, and lock door when inside. ALL ESA propertys have a bad habit of only asking room number, when someone misplaces a key. No ID or name check. It's also common to be assigned a room that is already occupied (all ESA locations). There are also no security cameras anywhere in hallways or parking lot. (often they protect themselves by having a camera at front desk, but no where else).

  Enjoying Our Stay

  My family and I had to move out of our apartment quickly. We had no where to go and found Extended Stay America Peoria. During our stay we experienced: Friendly Staff / Quiet / Kitchen Could Use An Oven / Good Place To Live For A Small Period Of Time.

  Located around many needed retail establishments, rooms are decent and comfortable. Shawna at the Front Desk was very helpful and took care of all of my needs. Parking was adequate for the needs of my larger vehicle.
