  Love the employees here! We didn't intend on being here so long but it's been a very enjoyable stay! Rooms are nice size and the AC has worked great all summer! Outside of the hotel is very dark at night,more lighting would be only suggestion.

  Can't say enough about the management at this place. You can definitely tell the manager, (Jasmine) keeps in touch with every employee on site regularly when she's not there and knows every little thing about her place to ensure things run smoothly as possible. Jasmine and Tiffany are a wonderfull compliment to each other and things just seem easy to them. The housekeepers are very hard workers and will give you anything you ask for. Jasmine knows what she is doing and knows exactly how to adapt to any situation. She sets the standard for managers in the hotel business and im very thankful to get to know her Tiffany and the rest of her staff. I would hope this place is the same especially with the same people should I ever come back. NICE JOB JASMINE!!!

  Great Stay!

  In the short amount of time that I visited virginia, this was a great place to stay. Check in was easy and the front desk clerks were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and sanitized with a welcoming smell as I entered. I definitely will come back here the next time I'm in town thanks extended stay for your hospitality and making sure my stay was clean, comfy and safe!!! :):):)

  Excellent hotel very clean with comfortable beds.the staff was very friendly and the manager jasmine was very helpful at check in. Also its in the perfect area with everything nearby. Will be staying there again

  Exceptional Customer Service

  I want to start by saying this location and its staff are wonderful and the fact that they were able to accommodate my family of 6 was incredible. The staff here at the I-64 Jefferson Ave Extended Stay America was very welcoming the suite that we checked into was roomy and clean and very comfortable. The service here is very good and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone with a large family. Thank you Extended Stay America for your kindness and great service. You guys are awesome!
