  Fantastic holiday

  Great hotel for the price, clean has everything you need for self catering, great staff and plenty of entertainment for adults and children, great deals on food and drinks, I will be definitely booking back up

  Hell hole

  We stayed in the annex we arrived late at night and had to go to the main hotel reception to be allocated our rooms in the annex, this took a while. When we were shown to our rooms (some of us were on the ground floor some right at the top no lift so carried cases up the narrow steep stairs) we were horrified! dirty run down and not what we were expecting from the photos shown online, but it was late so we went to bed didnt unpack and thought we would sort it in the morning, the sofa beds in the front room were a joke so uncomfortable and the towels were rotten and discoloured, the shower leaked all over the floor in the bathroom and made it very slippy, we went out onto the balcony and our view was shocking we couldnt see past the piles and piles of empty blue bottles with hazardous written all over them!! We spoke to someone at the reception who said the main hotel was fully booked, a shame as that seemed to look ok! But not much else we could do, I spent the full day searching for a new hotel! We have since complained and received a snotty reply back from them saying they take no responsibility! And they Have been storing these bottles here for 26 years! They refute that there was dirty towels and that we must have made it dirty then took the photo!! Awful awful place with even worse PR handling customers concerns!! Photos added separately

  Really Disappointing

  We stayed here as a family of 3. Room photos are nothing like the reality when we arrived. Check in is opposite in the Club Excelsior and when we were shown to our room there was a strong smell of cat urine in the reception from the numerous stray cats in the area Air con expensive and pretty ineffective. Room was very cramped even for 2 adults and a toddler. There wasn't room for a sofa bed just 2 fold out chairs leaving no room to move about when these were set up as beds. Loud noise every night from the Russian reps who were in the block next door after hours.. we asked them to be quiet as they were socialising directly outside our balcony but when this didn't change we asked to change room. The room we were offered was even smaller but by then we had just decided to put up with it. The shower leaked in both apartments and flooded the floor when used. The bathroom smelled musty all the time even when not damp The complex itself is large with two pools and a bar/restaurant and shop but the service was pretty poor and several times we ordered drinks and paid only not to receive them and we watched them be delivered to friends of the waiters who were by the pool and had to complain to get what we ordered. We ate in the restaurant once but the food was poor and the entertainment wasn't very good. We ended up spending much of our time time at other apartments in the area in the end as we really didn't find it was much fun and didnt feel welcome or well looked after at all Poor value for money all round and we won't return. People had raved about this complex but we were really disappointed and it wasn't the cheapest!

  You get what you pay for

  Not a great hotel by any means but nowhere near as bad as some would make out. Me and 2 friends paid £91 for 2 rooms for 7 nights. Wasn't expecting much and that's exactly what we got. The only negative issues I had were with security not doing enough when the mass amounts of Scottish and Irish families decided it was fighting night. Would I stay here again ? No as we found a lovely hotel round the corner called Club Dante that was much nicer and didn't have quite as many chavs there

  Best holiday ever!

  After having our holiday cancelled numerous times due to covid we managed to book last min to stay in the annex. Having previously stayed in the club last year we knew we would love it no matter what. The annex accommodation is dated but perfect for somewhere to sleep and shower which is what we needed. We had a ground floor room which was perfect as we had 2 young children. The facilities across the hotels are just incredible, the pools, slides and kids entertainment is on point and by far the best ive experienced while being on holiday. The food is just lovely, we went half board and this gets you breakfast & a 3 course evening meal which is cooked fresh All the staff are lovely, the restaurant staff make you feel so welcome especially tuchie who my children absolutely loved! He always made time to come and see them. The entertainment team were by far the highlight of our 11 day holiday, all the team spent so much time getting to know the children and us. It felt like we had known them for years not just a couple days. Perry, richie, panda, yohan and ali g! Hats off to you all because even through the horrible times and uncertainty you made the holiday the best my children could of ever asked for! I would 100% recommend this hotel along with club exelsior and exelsior junior to anyone! We will be back next year and can't wait to see everyone again xx
