  Good location in Bandra West

  We arrived at 04.00 am, bone-tired. Were warmly welcomed and could unwind with a drink. Beds great, housekeeping good. Centrally located in Bandra West. Everything around the corner, the busy hussle and bussle of Mumbai. The manager, Mr. Norbert, was most accomodating, informative and helpful. Cann't fault the hospitality. Breakfast average if European, but the plain dosa was a favourite. Had a wonderful stay.

  A gem with exemplary service

  This was my third stay at this hotel in Bandra West- conveniently located between Banda and Khar. Special recognition is given to the hotel manager- Mr. Nobert Pinto, who goes above and beyond his call of duty for every hotel guest. He is available to provide us with the best transportation, great suggestions and he holds his staff to very high standards. I must also mention the excellent staff who serve up a delicious breakfast in a friendly atmosphere every morning. The attendants- Shiv- theres two of them and Dhaniya are ever obliging and always pleasant. The reception is also manned by competent and obliging staff- Jagdish and Marika were always willing to offer any assistance that was needed.For me- this hotel is a sanctuary- a home away from home and it is not the building, but the people, who bring me back here ever year.   Staff second to none

  I was pleasantly surprised from the moment we arrived at the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of the hotel manager, Norbert DePinto as well as the evening manager, Jude. They knew where we were at all times and watched over us to make sure we were safe. It didn't matter what we asked for he was a step ahead of my request. The waitstaff, especially Depish, and the bartender, Tamsing, treated us like we were visiting family. By the end of my trip they became my extended family and I invited them to see me in the US anytime. This is a nice hotel but it's the people who give it an Excellent rating.

  Central Located.

  When you are in Mumbai and are looking for a budgeted hotel. This is a total Value for Money hotel. With centrally located 30 minutes to lower parel and thirty minutes to Andheri. and neatly kept rooms, with very friendly staff. And walking distance to some of the best hangouts & dining places in Mumbai.

  4 Hours Stay

  We are locals and were at the Hotel for lunch at their restaurant Veranda. After the lunch we had few leisurely hours and decided to snooze for some time as it was too hot outside. So we ended up renting a room at Executive Enclave. The room was ordinary and looked liked it had not been used for some time as we found spiderwebs in the bathroom. Although we were there only for a very short duration and we didn't explore any other facilities, overall it was not worth the price we paid.
