  Run down, but pleasant staff, and on time for pick up

  I would have rated this a 2 star, but the kind people running the place made me give it an extra star. The hotel is run down and just OK for cleanliness. It served its' purpose for getting in late, getting to the place (it is close to the airport) and leaving the next morning. I would not have stayed a second night. Breakfast was slow in coming, but good (not great). Overall, just ok.

  Adequate hotel before a flight out of Entebbe

  This hotel is close to the airport, in a quiet residential location( well it looked that way, until a very loud church service started in the evening and continued until I left at 2:00 am for my plane) . The noise level was remarkable , but not the hotels fault. The rooms are run down, the dining area is tired, but the real issue was that I was not told they had no Visa available until 1:30 am ! It was an alarming thing to hear! Fortunately, the shuttle driver took my cash from an ATM back to the hotel after I went to the airport.

  Most friendly staff I've ever met

  I came to Entebbe for a very short stay and the friendliness of the staff is amazing, the place here is very cozy. I would like to thank Gloria, Joy, chef Samuel and Asiku for their kindness, help and the warm reception. I definitely recommend this place for a short stay in Entebbe..

  An extra star for air conditioning

  This hotel is very basic. The bad: only three items available for dinner on a large menu and it took 1.5 hours to cook it, not very clean in shower, stained carpets, threadbare towels, and super loud as a church next door had a service until 10:30. The good: air conditioner worked great and they provided water bottles and bed was comfortable.

  Amazing staff

  We love Executive, its the only place we stay on our frequent trips to Entebbe. The staff are so kind and courteous. They bend over backwards to make sure you have all you need (including a grocery run for a single energy drink). The rooms are clean, the showers hot, and its quiet. The staff are so wonderful with our toddler and we simply love it here. When traffic is low some food options may not be available but we have never left hungry. The juice is phenomenal. Occasionally the rooms will have some need for maintenance, but we have never once been uncomfortable in any room.
