  Best location to be on the island !! The hotel is very clean and has an amazing view on the Caldera. The host (Zoë) was very helpful to help us find the best spots on the Island. Would really recommend this !

  Amazing romantic place

  We've just walked around and try to ask if there is free room for one night. If it is even possible. Mrs. Zoe Is very nice and kind lady and she arranged for us superior suit. Beautiful view from jacuzzi, amazing room, tasted breakfast on terrace. And pleasant price. Thank you! It was perfect place for engagement

  Amazing!!

  Stayed here for 3 nights recently and I am already looking to come back. First off, the service we received from check in was brilliant, the lady was so accommodating and helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do and see on the island. Our room was gorgeous, it was cave like and had everything we needed such as a fridge, kettle, plates and cutlery ect and even a coffee machine. Although the room is fantastic the highlight was the balcony with the hot tub and the views. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. The footpath outside your room is also very quiet so you can sit and relax in the hot tub without worrying about many people passing. Santorini was amazing in itself but this accommodation made it even more special for us.

  Great Hotel

  Exclusive Plan Suits is really an excellent hotel! Very good value for money and spacious with hug bathroom of two showers. Great location and easy access to Fira and Imerovigli within walking distance. Amazing view, excellent service and friendly helpful staffs. I even received flowers during my stay from the hotel. I feel appreciated by the hotel as a guest. What a great service! Definitely recommended!

  A luxury romantic getaway

  Where do I begin with this place? Me & my husband spent 6 days here in mid October, it was an absolute dream! I am use to staying at 5 star or 4 star hotels, so was nervous about staying here as the rooms really do matter to me, but it was all so perfect! Would love to give it more stars if i could - you honestly wont be disappointed On arrival, we was greeted & shown around by one of the lovely ladies. We had face masks, hand sanitiser & anti bacterial wipes that were given which was nice during this current situation. House keeping was done daily too. The location was perfect, the views from our room was amazing, we had the views of white painted villages which was stunning & perfect for the famous sunsets! A walk 30 seconds down and you have multiple restaurants at your fingertip - not to mention a 10/15 min walk down you are in Fira the capitol which has all the restaurants, desserts, excursions, cable cars, shopping and so much more! Couldnt have found a better location. If you are planning to go id highly recommend our suite which is the Melanthi Master suite bedroom - we have the best views & the most privacy for our room & outdoor hot tub. This is the only room as well that has an indoor pool in the room as well as the outdoor! The rooms were spanking clean, bathroom was a lovely cave style bathroom with double showers & sinks. The room was really big too felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. You had your own kitchen area, two TVs! A vanity area, sofa area, and bluetooth speakers too which a lovely added bonus. Only cons I would say that needs improving is the breakfast, We wasnt the biggest fan of it, can do with some improvements. In addition, the outdoor hot tub was starting to flake / peel off which was my only proper concern. Other than that, our stay was perfect! I cant wait to go back, the value for money was really good.
