Stay awayAwful hotel under all aspects. Step by step: - dirty rooms with stinky bathrooms - the lift take from 5 to 10 minutes to bring you up. Of course you do it once, then you'll prefer the stinky stairs even if you are at the 5th floor and you are an 80 years old woman. - service is odd, because nobody is really willing to help you or seems to care at least a little about their job - food: this is a masterpiece.. there are always two types of main and second courses + vegetables. All the vegetables, from carrot to cocumbers are squeezed with garlic. Garlic everywhere. All the other dishes are terrible as well. The dessert is almost always the same, a sort of creme caramel tastes like toothpaste. - other: i feel sick one evening, probably for causes not-dependant from the hotel and i asked for a thermometer, something plain to eat for dinner or at least an apple or some fruit. Nothing has been provided. Trust me, stay away from here.

I don't recommendhotel blocked the money for the booking as usual at booking.com. At the reception they demanded payment and after leaving they took money second time from the bank account.I don't recommend. And of course no contact after transaction

Hotel novosibirsk must be betterThis is by far the Worst hotel I have ever been to. Who owns this dump? The restaurant and breakfast is a joke, old cereals, stale bread. I did not want to try the eggs even. The room? Dirty, knife marks on the closet, ugly, noisy. I cant find words even. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. Do not stay at this place unless you really are desperate.

Only price is good.I'll start with the few positives, then there will be a long list of stuff that is not right. Well for starters bathroom was clean and there is internet (but I'll get to that on the bad side as well), and you can park your car on the free parking nearby (hotel does not have it's own parking), heating works and it is located in the center of San Martino. And the view, the view is lovely! Now the bad stuff, but don't get me wrong, if you have a bit of nostalgia for "good old communist" times of the eastern block, then this hotel is perfect for you. Rooms look just like a student dormitory in the eighties. Carpet in the staircase most likely remembers the times of Aldo Moro. I gave up on the elevator after the first ride, by the time it arrives to pick you up, you will grow a beard, so I increased my fitness by running up the stairs to the fourth floor. Mattresses are horrible, probably older than my daughter (and she is 11). I usually don't have problems sleeping, but I woke up with sore hip, so I had to sleep on my stomach until the end of stay. As mentioned before bathroom is clean, but the shower is sized for kids, 70x60cm? It's difficult to wash your hair, what about the rest? Now the breakfast, calling it basic would an insult to B&B's. All you can have is salami, ham, cheese (only one type of each), brioches (Italian croissants), some Italian cakes (not bad actually), cornflakes and some coco-pops, sweet and plain yogurt, milk, butter, bread and rolls. Rolls are out at about 8:15-8:30 so if you would like to sleep a bit more, you will have to eat hard pieces of Italian baguette. There is instant coffee machine and some teabags to brew with hot water from machine. This must be the worst coffee in the whole Italy, a country of the coffee experts. I had better coffee deep in Russia, far away from any civilization. The staff at the reception is nice, but you have to know how much you've paid through booking.com, because they don't and they will ask you to add the missing amount at check-in. Room is cleaned everyday, but you will get fresh towel once a week. Internet works, but it is very slow, and a lot of pages and services are blocked (e.g. Spotify and other streaming services are blocked, but if you connect via VPN it will work :) Overall, if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep and you are not picky, then you might go for it. Otherwise go anywhere else, it has to be better.

Bad but cheepThe staff at reception gave me a price I paid and after asked for 3 eur exstra... but would/could not explain for what. Carpets all over hotel is older than my kids and needs to be renewed. Elevator is old and slow... The floor in the room on 4th floor was cold, the furnitures were old and to big for the room. The shower in bathroom was to small to use. So the privillige of having own bathroom was not existing. The breakfast... the bread was dry, and the ham, salami and cheese, was was not worth mentioning. The staff serving breakfast at buffet, was without smile and we did not feel welcome at anytime.
