  Really nice family hotel

  We did spend nice time with family in Hotel Excelsior. Clean room (apartment), helpful administration team, in rastaurant was allways fresh and diverse food. Applause to animation team, every day and evening was fun. Greetings from Estonia. My opinion is, we did get super nice time and that was not expensive. We will come back.

  The worse experience ever!

  First of all, the staff is the worst you can get on your holiday ( except one, maybe 2 from animation team ), we got ants in our bathroom in the morning, and most of all, the food is so bad and cheap,you cant even choose something with taste, not to mention the drinks, very cheap and very low quality, the only thing acceptable is the pool and the beer which i rate it at 5, so...if you want to live a nightmare not a dream trip, you choose this place, for sure, Bulgaria is a nice country, and beautiful beaches,but for us it counts where we stay, so 4 stars? Only 2 for me.

  Good hotel

  Good food, order, but distance from beach is 250 300 metres. We enjoyed The vacance there, IT s ok for family with childrens. One minus is parcking, not so many places! I recomanded for food and order

  too bad to remember the nice things

  The pool is one of the good things, it is clean, big and suitable for children. The bar staff tries to be polite and do their job as well as possible. The hotel is quite new and the rooms are large and well equipped. Disliked · The hotel has potential, unfortunately there are many shortcomings. For example, cleanliness leaves too much to be desired: I don't think they used the vacuum cleaner once during our stay, towels were not changed every day or the new ones looked almost like the old ones. Then, at the restaurant, the menu is very little varied and the quality of the dessert is very poor. They had fruits and a gelatin juice, a dessert offered several times. For all the shortcomings, the excuse was that there are a few tourists, as if that was my fault. . And the worst thing that bothered us was that in the end they didn't give us our ID's until they checked the rooms, as if we were going to steal some dirty towels. we didn't see nowhere a manager to check customer satisfaction and staff performance.

  Great renovated hotel!

  the rooms are brand new renovated, very modern and comfortable! the restaurants is also modern and the food is great. nice pool area and pool bar, good all inclusive food and beverage. next year we will visit again!
