  Buen hotel

  Un buen hotel relacion calidad precio. De los hoteles de 3 estrellas mas economicos de zermatt i con desayuno incluido. Encima nos dieron una habitacion con vistas al matherhorn cuando la reserva era sin vistas a la montaña. Lo recomiendo

  MAGNIFICAS VISTAS

  En un viaje por Suiza con los trenes panoramicos, nos alojaron en este hotel. Es familiar y ya la recepcion fue muy amable. Nos permitieron ocupar la habitacion antes de la hora prevista., nos mejoraron el tipo de habitacion con una suite muy amplia , bien dotada y con terraza panoramica sobre el Cervino. Tiene bar , terraza y salon cómodo. El bufett desayuno es : variado, de calidad y bien atendido. El hotel esta centrico y en zona tranquila junto al rio En resumen si vuelvo a Zermatt no dudare donde alojarme, aqui.

  Great choice in Zermatt

  Hotel Excelsior is a welcoming, comfortable home away from home. Our room (family room) was very spacious with a huge bathroom, plenty of storage space and a big balcony where we could sit comfortably and hope that Matterhorn will peek from behind the clouds (which it did). Their breakfast buffet was simple but delicious and the hotel restaurant is definitely worth a visit (or two), they do a lovely meat fondue. Their staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. All these things combined made our stay in Zermatt unforgettable. (The mountains also helped, of course :-))

  Day 5 Grand Tour

  There were 8 of us in our group and we all enjoyed our stay here. The staff were excellent and added to our visit and the free shuttle to the train station which took our luggage was a blessing. An amazing town with amazing hotels like this one.

  Great Experience

  We were booked here by Swiss Travel as part our Glacier Express package. The hotel is within easy walking distance from the station. We were given a Matterhorn view room and could be more pleased. The room was nicely appointed and the included breakfast provided something for everybody.
