Great holiday - A breath of fresh Greek air

Don't believe the silly and pathetic narrow minded reviews! My husband and I with our 9 year old son stopped here for 2 weeks (11th to 25th August 2019) and what a great relaxed and chilled out place to stay. The owners, Nikos and Denise along with their son Uri are such a kind, considerate and helpful family and nothing is a problem, should there be then speak to them and it will be resolved. The rooms are good and cleaned daily to a high standard and everything worked fine. The food choice was great along with being hot and delicious with a local twist with amazing salads and a great selection for kids also. Everything you could need for breakfast with eggs, bacon, sausage and so on along with Greek yogurt, cereal selection, fruit and toast. The pool was lovely and clean and great views all around. A very short walk to the sea with even more amazing views, relaxed and great for swimming and snorkeling. Yes a few pebbles but this is a typical get away from it all Greek beach that is a bay several miles around - fantastic. Lots to do and go and see with water sports, boat trips, castles, archeological sites - even go-karts and horse riding locally. The pool bar is good and serves all the usual / normal alcoholic drinks along with nice tea and coffee and Yianni, the barman at night is a credit. It was great to see him enjoying himself and getting involved on the Greek nights. Finally Kostas in the restaurant is such a good friendly and helpful prrson along with Eva also who helps out on reception amongst other things deserve credit also. We won't hesitate to return again for the breath of fresh - chilled out, relaxef, friendly Greek air that We experienced. Nikos and Denise - keep up the good work and continue with you superb Greek family values. We will return, thanks.

    Great relaxing holiday

Stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2019 and our second visit. Lovely owners, Nikos and Denise who are so helpful and caring. Typical good Greek family hospitality and ethics, great variety and selection of tasty food and salads to suit all ages at every meal that seems even better than last year of thats possible. The pool and bar are both nice and clean, good selection of drinks and Yianni doing a brilliant job once again. The room was good and cleaned daily to a high standard. Excellent Greek nights also and Nikoss guitar playing and singing is not to be missed. Once again what a great relaxing and enjoyable holiday, we will be back.

Better hotels close by - no atmosphere!

We have just returned from our break at this hotel. The positives are - clean rooms with free air con that worked well. - Large pool with plenty of sun loungers for everyone And Im afraid thats all I can think of! The hotel is just ok really , I would say ideal if you have a car and wont be spending much time at the hotel. If you are looking for a week all inclusive with everything on your door step this hotel is not for you. The hotel defiantly lacks any atmosphere, the breakfast was nice but the same every day. Lunch and dinner were the usual hotel basics. The only Greek dish I saw all stay was Greek yogurt ! The all inc drinks couldnt come in a smaller cup so many trips to the bar needed. The staff were helpful but apart from the really friendly man in the restaurant the rest were just ok. The hotel beach is really just a strip of wasteland and the rocks make it very uncomfortable. Location wise its miles from anywhere . You could walk to Kardamena but it would be at least 50 min walk and not very well lit at night . The bus is a life saver 1.80 and runs all day , a taxi is 9. I wish we had booked a place in Kardamena and paid a bit more, after taking into account the bus / taxi money and time travelling / waiting. And the wind ! Ive never been anywhere in Greece so windy , it meant you couldnt spend any time on the small balcony in the evening

    Very Happy

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks and had a fabulous time. The hotel and location was spot on for a nice relaxing break. Room was nice, spacious and clean with a great view of the sea. Nicos and Denise were great hosts - very welcoming, friendly and on hand all day, every day should you need anything. The food was fine - plenty of choices to choose from - a special mention to Kostas who kept us entertained at mealtimes!! And thank you to Eva and Yiannis too. Lovely pool with sunbeds available at all times. Traditional Greek entertainment with singing and dancing in the evenings. We met some lovely people during our stay with made our holiday even more memorable. Looking forward to returning next year !

    Super relaxing holidays

Me, my mum and my daughter stayed here for a week in June 2019. What an amazing, relaxing and comforting place it is! Yes, it is far away from Kardamena, but YES there are buses and taxis. OFC your hotel's choice depends on what you are looking for in your holidays. If you want a nice atmosphere, quiet nights (outside of "party hard" zone) and friendly staff - this is a place for you. Food was really good, wine chilled and nice and Greek weather never disappoints :)
