  Poor.

  We arrived and were told that our premium room (that we'd already paid for) was unavailable. We were taken to a shoddy hotel for the night and were told that we'd be picked up in the morning and brought back to Evita Studios so we could check in. When we arrived the next morning, we were told that our room wouldn't be ready until the afternoon, so we just had to wait around. I've asked the hotel to refund the first night, as the room was unavailable. I've been told I won't get a refund, and that they had offered us a basket of wine and fruit to make it up to us. This didn't actually happen. The hotel is ignoring my emails now. Unfortunately, they are happy to overbook and then charge for services they cannot deliver. Also, when we checked in, the double bed we had requested was two single beds. After raising the issue with reception, we were offered a double room on the ground floor with absolutely no view, so we declined. The room also had no kettle (which was one of the features listed on our room description) and it was a bit dirty (dead swatted flies stuck to furniture etc.) Also, breakfast is not great. Coffee is gross. Pool was nice.

  Great location, nice pool

  We arrived particularly late at night, our minibus driver took us to two other hotels in the area with evita in the title but luckily I had made sure to take note of pictures and the address so I knew we had been taken to the wrong place and told the driver! Make sure you do the same! We stayed in one of the superior rooms and they really were worth it, we could see the older block but the new ones, which we had were so much nicer. The breakfast was good, simple but there was plenty. Could have restocked the pancakes, bacon and hash browns more often as these items went quickly. Some websites say air con included, however there is an extra charge for this - can't remember exactly how much but was fairly reasonable. The pool area was beautiful and clean, would have been nice to have some music playing though as could seem a bit quiet. We stayed half board and so had dinner at the hotel. Most nights had about 3 main options plus pies and veggies. However, there was one night where we were fooled by one dish which appeared to be tomato spaghetti with ham, but then we saw mini tentacles in it and it was actually a seafood dish. There were lots of restaurants in the area but they all sell the same kind of things. The location was perfect, 10 mins walk from the beach, 5 mins walk from the supermarket, 10 mins to the bus stop. (buses were always busy and very late).

  Excellent!

  My husband and I stayed there for two weeks and we LOVED IT! The owners are super nice, everything you need, just ask them and they will help you!Hotel is clean, the pool place is great, you can eat your breakfast at the pool side! Good location, 15 min by foot to Faliraki and the beach! It was soooo hard to leave them! If we ever come back, well surely stay there! Love you guys!

  Nice Studio

  I just can say all the best for money i paid. The stuff is friendly, room are nice and clean. Everything what you want is near, town, beaches, shops. Go visit Lindos, Rhodos, Tsambika. I only wish the streets of Rhodos are more cleaner!

  For our standards we are full appreciated for the quality and services of Evita studios,friendly company,communication and beautiful view. We hope to visit again Rhodes and of course the first accommodation it will be Evita studios!
