  Great

  Perfectly located right on the beach. The hotel is simple but has all you need. The breakfast is good. The hotels restaurant on the beach is also very good and offers a good variety of options. You can relax on the beach chairs the hotels has on the beach. The town is a 10 min walk away. The staff are kind and helpful.

  Excellent little hotel

  We stayed at the Eviana for 7 days in early May. We had a great time. The location is perfect for people with or without a car. It's located right in the town of Eretria which means that one could easily walk to the archaeological sites, beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. If you have a car the location offers free parking. The staff were amazing. Very friendly, approachable and helpful staff. The breakfast was superb. Because of the slow season during the week they would bring breakfast to the table instead of setting up a buffet. There was enough food to feed a football team. The rooms are huge. The only complaint there was that we constantly had to close our balcony door since cigarette smoke from the adjoining rooms/balconies would waft in. Too bad. Overall a very positive experience. Highly recommended.

  Situated in a great location, shadowed by its poor service

  Been there on a week holiday to celebrate the anniversary of one of our family members, whos wish was to have it spent in one of the Greeks islands. The hotel is located in a very picturesque and peaceful area of the island of Euboea, so it does provide the quietness everyone expects to get. The part where it loses points is due to the managements lack of involvement in offering impeccable customer satisfaction by serving the same food on breakfast with no variety whatsoever that has had a poor quality at the same time. Its a real shame as its reception staff has shown faultless manners and a can do as well as will do professional attitude, providing all the infos we asked and looked for. The cleaning wasnt as its best, as we had to cope with the unbearable smell of the moped floor with no fresh deodoriser in it to give the room a nice smell. Beware to those stray dogs which are present all over the island, as some of them are friendly but others not, preponderantly on night time. Overall, its an overpriced venue for its real touristic capabilities. We dont know if that was due to not being on peak season as it was May, but still a high level of involvement goes a long way.

  Fabulous Hotel

  The hotel is ideally situated across a small quiet road from a beautiful beach. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with tea & coffee making facilities (kettle provided and a fridge. There is also free Wi Fi in the rooms and we were on the 3rd floor (there is a lift) and had a fantastic sea view. The staff are very helpful and welcoming especially Angeliki and Anna.   Lovely hotel and location

  We had a great family visit to this hotel for a few days. Great location in a lovely town with a nice family friendly beach and lots of good restaurants. The room was clean and well equipped with a nice balcony affording a sea view. Staff were brilliant and friendly.
