Every visit is a great memoryMy friend and I have been coming here for at least four years. Every time we came here, we left with wonderful memory. The time spent here was so quiet and relaxing. We really did a comparison and we believe that this place delivers the best value. We enjoyed using all the facilities -- the spa where you need to wear a bathing suit and the full nudity hot spring at the roof top -- in a cold night, soaking in the hot spring at the roof top is really out of the world. We will continue to come back here.

LuxuryOur 2 king beds are ridiculous big ! The biggest we have seen. Luxury room with good room amenities. Near to eateries and quite convenient to find food. Bf spread frankly not what i expect for the hotel standard. But will go again if we visit Taiwan again.

Family friendlyWe stayed right before Christmas for one night. We loved the thoughtful amenities they provided for our children. They even had pink bunny blankets for our youngest daughter. We only are at the buffet, which was perfect so everyone could pick what they wanted to eat. There's enough variety for even the pickiest of eaters. We only visited the game room briefly because we don't most of our time exploring the nearby town, but the kids enjoyed the laser room for 15-20 minutes. The hot springs were relaxing and we liked the different temps that were offered. Some were supposed to have scents, but we couldn't tell what they were. The kids liked swimming in the outdoor lap pool, but we think they got a little sick from the pool water because the next day, they had some tummy issues.

many visits over the yearswe do enjoy a few days here when we get the chance. The hot springs is the main draw, and its a pleasant location for strolling. Evening entertainment can be real fun. The food is A+, service friendly, room is very well cared for. I really recall the wood carvings and tables in the lobby.

Decent stay with lots to doWe stayed here for one night. Due to the amount of people in the hotel, check into the room was a bit delayed. Unfortunately we were not able to use their facilities to pass the time. Our room on the 6th floor was sizeable and comfortable, although the carpet could have been cleaner. It contained one double bed, as well as space for two large seats and coffee table; TV and cabinet; and decent wardrobe space. The room also had complimentary drinks (non alcoholic) in minibar fridge. The view from our large window was of the pool area. The bathroom was big, with separate shower area and a deep onsen style bath. Towels and ample toiletries where given, with more on request if required. The pool complex was large and had outdoor swimming and kids pool and indoor spa pools. All were heated so we are able to use without feeling too cold in the Taiwan winter. Pool complex also had a bar area that served tea, coffee and sometimes local Taiwanese drinks. There was also an onsen on the top floor of the hotel building, which had an open air (albeit covered) nude bath, which offered a relaxing end to the day. The hotel had a large recreation centre that had a pool table, table tennis, kids playroom, chess, table football and more, which were free to use for guests, so it got busy at times. They also provided DIY cake making sessions, in which we attended two sittings to make local pastries and cookies, which was fun. Breakfast was buffet type with an OK choice of foods and drinks. The western selection could have been better. There appeared to be a few restaurants near the hotel so its conveniently located. They provided a shuttle car to take us to a local restaurant for dinner in the evening and were kind enough to take us back. Overall a good, short stay was had, with plenty to do within the building for adults and children alike.
