  New receptionist

  I often stay at the hotel Europarc and was very warmly welcomed by a new receptionist. Just what the hotel needed. A bit of class. Room was very clean, breakfast quite ok as usual but the hectic slightly untidy one man show took 10 minutes to bring coffee, banged around with plates and cutlery.

  Near the motorway

  We got a big comfortable room with good beds, sofa and a small table. However, with open window, the traffic noise was a bit disturbing. Breakfast was acceptable, but it was loud music playing in the breakfast room. Good parking.

  Nice hotel and Resturant

  Nice hotel near the motorway but without motorway noise in the room Warm welcome and nice fairly priced food in the restaurant then nice clean quiet room Then the breakfast was very good I would recommend for sure

  Unprofessional management

  I made a booking for one night stay on November 5 2019. Arrived at the property at 9PM,the reception did not accept to host me because all the rooms were booked. Despite my confirmation, I stayed out. The reception said that it was not his fault and the nearest hotel was 50kms away. Never happened before in my life...

  Value for money

  Stayed hear for 2 nights with my wife and 2 children ( 11 & 13 ) as a base to go to the cologne xmas markets and it was a good choice with the train station 5 minute walk and the various eateries near by for dinner there is a restaurant onsite but we chose to eat at the kebab restaurant across the road witch was amazing the breakfast hear is very nice indeed with scrambled egg bacon and sausages on top of fresh fruit and pastries and the usual continental bits the reception and dining staff were all helpful and polite and even printed maps for us to help us for our trip the car park on site is big enough and free ... the room ( room 3) was big enough for us 4 and clean and well presented with a modern bathroom and fresh towels every day All in all I would recommend this place and when I return to Germany I will happily stay hear again
