  Good base

  Just come back from a trip to Sarajevo, staying in this motel for the second time, and have booked to go back again in 6 weeks. I like staying here as it's close enough to the airport to not get ripped off too badly by the airport taxi drivers, cheap, clean with decent size rooms, and I always have a decent nights sleep here! The location is close enough to the tram to get into the town centre, but as it's set back from the main drag it's quiet! There is a decent size car park if you're driving! There's internet connection, bar/coffee shop, they do breakfast by request, washed my clothes and are generally very helpful! Out the back there's a very relaxing terrace, which is great to sit out in the sun and drink your coffee! I didn't want to move! There's a decent little pizza place down the road and a bakery opposite so all tastes catered for! The cons are that it's a bit run down and the towels are a bit thin, and if you don't smoke it would be a turn off as everyone else does! But I think the pro's outweigh the cons unless you're really picky!

  Family business has its perks, and well, its downsides as well

  The lady who worked as a manager there, the owner, there was giving my partner strange looks. I found her to be too nosy. She's also removed the heating system from the room, so we had to use an extra cover which wasn't so nice. The daughter of the owner was visibly embarassed by her mother's behaviour. I really hope she takes over the business soon becuase she will be a much better motel manager. Overall, if all you need is a suburbian place to sleep, it's okay, and it's pretty cheap. But they need to step up their game when it comes to customer service. I'm rooting for the daughter to take over and make a decent business out of this.

  Centrally Located but Needs Refurbishing

  Wonderful location being in the middle of the old town, this hotel needs improvement in the services and comforts it has to offer. I would not complain too much considering what the city has been through; but if they are to remain competitive, they have to improve the room facilities, such as furniture etc. the bathrooms however are very well done. So get on with the beds, wall paper and room furniture. Be however cautious when matching stuff.

  Nice motel just ouside city centre Sarajevo

  A very nice place just a few km outside city centre of Sarajevo. Nice, clean and friendly people working there and very good breakfast My only comment to put the finger on something, this is without air-condition. With the warm temperatures the last weeks, this was to warm for me. But I definitive visit them again when I am in Sarajevo

  Center of everything...

  Hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Nearby, one can find everything like restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shopping malls, bike rentals and tram is on a few meters walk. Hotel rooms are very clean with beautiful views, only thing bad was TV (old fashioned) rest everything is nice.
