  Un lugar precioso, con muy buen servicio y ubicación

  Estuvimos una semana junto con nuestros hijos, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos y mucho más amplios los ambientes de lo que esperábamos. El personal es muy atento brinda un buen servicio. Los departamentos están muy limpios y excelentemente equipados. La ubicación es muy buena. Lo recomiendo y me gustaría volver...

  A very nice apartment and good service

  Stayed for a week. Good location, a very nice double-bed apartment, 3rd floor. Recently refurbished, nice view onto a beautiful garden at the back of the house. Very clean. Last but not least - very good service by Carlotta and other staff members and daily cleaning. Shall come back.

  Spacious, Clean, with everything you need And the key to a glorious secret community garden!

  We loved our week in a 2-bedroom apartment, very large (for London) with ample storage for luggage/stroller/shoes etc. Highlights: (1) the elegant neighbourhood with good cafe/food/shops on the little highstreet, and close to Tube/Bus (2)Daily cleaning service was very fast and thorough (3) Access to the locked community garden is a real treat - it's a glorious, large English garden with a small park. Perfect for young kids or just to see inside a usually hidden piece of London. Lowlights: None. We will visit again, and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a well located, clean, comfortable central London serviced apartment.

  Elegant Apartment

  I stayed in Europa House Apartments for 5 nights. My Aprt had a spacious master bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed and private bathroom. There was a living area and fully-fitted modern kitchen, the bathroom had bath and shower. There was a dining table in the living space. The appliances available, are easy to use specially the microwave and washing machine. Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper are provided. Living in this beautifully designed Aprt was the ultimate. You can stroll around the beautifully landscaped private gardens at the backyard with family. The townhouse has 14 spacious apartments in an elegant regency building in a quiet and serene district. The Europa House Team provided, upon request, lactose free milk, grain bread & feta cheese with ready to eat green leaves in my fridge, Free of charge. By the way, the two-bedroom apartments are located on Floors 1, 2 & 3, where the one-bedroom apartments are on the ground floor. You can also enjoy nearby Maida Vale or take a stroll (11 minutes) to St Johns Wood. The only comment I have is that, although I was greeted nicely, the receptionist requested my credit card for verification (They have received the full amount a week ahead) and disappeared to another place and went ahead to answer a ringing phone! this took a few minutes. I was left wondering! I would suppose a more transparent check-in formality should be in place. On my checkout day I met Carlota, a beautiful lady who offered me a 10% discount on my next stay.   Europa in Lockdown

  We originally intended to stay for 4 weeks. Lockdown and other issues turned that into a two month stay. The location is great with convenient shops very near including two Tesco stores. Europa House has direct access to a fabulous garden, really more of a park. It is beautifully maintained and takes around 7 minutes to walk around. It was a Lockdown lifesaver. The management were extremely helpful and anxious to resolve any issues. The hygiene was very good with daily cleaning if required. There is very little to say on the downside; old fashioned furniture (but I believe they are changing that) and a very small TV (with variable reception) placed a long way from the only viewing position. Overall I rate Europa House, Maida Vale as the perfect short or medium-term stay.
