    Basic but great location

Can't fault the hotel really apart from a broken shower rail which meant you had to hold the shower head whilst showering. It was clean and staff were helpful. Great location as you can easily walk right into the main street of Sopot within 5 minutes.

Very basic but good location,- despite the busy traffic on the street outside

We got this hotel with a cheap charter package and got what we paid for. The hotel is about 15 meters from the main street with busy traffic and it looks cosy from the outside. The location is very good,- 5 mins walk to the railwaystation for Gdansk or Gdynia and 10 mins walk to Sopot main touriststreet with shops and restaurants. The hotel claims to be a 3 star hotel with Restaurant & Bar, but we rate it as a 2 star hotel as they had no restaurant or bar and you could not even get a cup of tea or coffee during the day. They only served a simple prebooked and overpriced breakfast buffet in the morning. WiFi internet was included and worked ok. The small LED-TV had only polish channels vailable. Our room & batroom was clean and ok with a dirty balcony facing the main street. The traffic noise did not bother us but the balcony had not been clean in a year or two. The bed was ok,- the bed pillows were small but we got some more on request. We did not have much to the with the staff apart from the reception where they spoke some english. We would probably try another hotel next time, but that would probably cost us more.

    stay off the third floor

The hotel claims to have free internet... They tell you nothing about how bad it is and that it does not reach the 3rd floor... Internet is transmitted from the ground floor. breakfast is also quite poor... if you dont have bacon you should not be allowed to call it a hotel..Bathroom was nice and clean, but the rest is quite poor.... Staff is nive though... only positive...

    A building with rooms

This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff is worthless, rooms small with no air conditioner, no elevator, no phone in the room, thin mattresses, soap the size of a stick of chewing gum , and a breakfast that is a total ripoff! Other than that how was the play 'mrs. lincoln'! I can't understand how anyone would ever return! They should pay you to stay there . The hairdryer is an industrial style mini vacuum cleaner. My question is?? How can they stay in business?the tv is about the size of a laptop!

    Terrible

It was a terrible hotel, we rebooked to another hotel because of that. Noisy, we could never get a nice night sleep. The door couldn't close and it was very dirty. Very expensive as well. Never go here in your life.
