Only if you have no other choice

perfect location if you have some business to do in the GazPromNeft refinery. Almost all the staff speak a little english. If you are not russian, ask clearly a room with a double bed if not you will receive a room with two small single beds. Ask a room with a street view because the light in front of the hotel are so powerfull that during the night the room are never completely dark. THERE IS NO FITNESS ROOM even if the website say yes. Swimming pool/sauna/hammam room has to be booked and cost 400 roubles per hour. Poor breakfast (yogourts just horrible). A small "restaurant" area near the bar (staff not very nice). Good landry service.

    don't go, it's a bad idea

First you're not welcome, second never ask for any favor even more if it is for free, third they absolutely don't care about you for whatever and five of course no smile. shut up and pay. Very hard to find someone who speaks 3 words of English or any other language except Russian. the rooms are not so clean for this price, it's always shine as in broad daylight in the room because no real curtains no shutter and during the night the spotlights from the outside are pointed directly to your windows (in every rooms). It is a very costly hotel, i mean for this kind of hotel. Believe me one of the worst experiences of my life concerning hotels ( I'm sleeping around 100 nights per year in hotels world wide). Even if it's next to Gazprom refinery try another solution.

Good hotel, but not for the Moscow tourist

I was specifically travelling to the Kapotnya area, so found this hotel fulfilling all my needs, suitable room, bar area filled with workers from the local oil refinery, and reasonably priced meals, however if you are travelling to Moscow to take in the Moscow sights, this hotel is probably not for you, due to bad transport links to central Moscow. It can take a couple of hours to travel from Kapotnya to central Moscow, by bus and metro, and can be quite confusing if you have no knowledge of russian. This hotel is definetely more geared for Russian visitors rather than tourists.

    needs improvement

The biggest advantage of this hotel is near location next to the refinery. As everywhere else where there is no competition around can be observed lower quality and increase in prices. The hotel has three types of rooms. Cheapest is so small that when I opened my suitcase there was not place to get around. Next day I paid more and upgraded larger room - called "Business" to be able to function as normally as possible for a week of stay. Service does not speak or maybe a few words in English. They could smile more often because during the service for the first time in my life I felt like at the funeral. Breakfast is included but ate only once and been just before closing so empty plates are not necessarily the norm. I would recommend only to those who work at the refinery and therefore prefer longer sleep :)

OK If On A Budget and Distance Isnt a Problem

I stayed on two occasions at the EUROCITI hotel on two separate occasions in August. The place is well away from the centre of Moscow but if you are on business and time is not an issue then its ok. The area is quite green and quiet even though the GAZPROM refinery is close by. Only 30 mins from DOM airport and on a good day only about 30 mins from the Centre of Moscow. Theres a supermarket next to the hotel for food and toiletries. Rooms are very basic and curtains as thin as a monks shirt so if that's an issue, think again. Single rooms very small, bathrooms similar. The front of the hotel has massive arc lamps which poke out more light than the sun! Breakfast has a minimal choice but is adequate. Other meals are very good and substantial. Staff can seem a little 'Off' but once you get used to their ways you realize that its nothing personal. Edward (barman) was a smashing guy and I enjoyed chatting to him in his broken english and my terrible Russian. Good local beer on tap. A good 3 star hotel and if you are on a budget, not concerned about being close to the center of town then its an OK place.
