  Good hotel

  The room was clean, staff was polite and friendly. There is an underground parking, which is a great advantage. The breakfast was not very varied and rich. Good location and choice for one night in Bucharest.

  Don't throw your money on this hotel! I recommend to choose another.

  First of all they don't have double bed or maybe just the suite. I booked a room with twin bed which was awful! The bed was really small, barely could fit in it, and I am 1.70 m and 60 kg...so you can imagine... About the cleanliness I can't complain. I payed the breakfast also which doesn't worth at all! I will tell you what they had: half plate of one type of cheese, half of another type ( I mean the small plate), decorated with 4 pieces of cucumber and 3 pieces of red pepper, some olives, boiled egg, a little bit of omelett and sausages .Nothig more! When I asked for some tomatoes they said it's not included in the breakfast price and he can't bring even if I pay extra for it. For sweets they had some croissants and some biscuits. They had also 5 oranges, 3 bananas, 4 apples which instead of beeing green, healthy apples it was brown with some mold on them. This means they didn't even bothered themselves to check them at least! Coffe like some sour liquid, what else to expect? Doesn't worth the money at all! There are plenty of hotels in Bucharest and I've been in many others with the same price and they were much better. Now I decided about this hotel just because of the location.

  Nice hotel

  The room was clean, staff was polite and friendly. The underground parking is a great advantage. The breakfast was not very varied and rich. Good location and choice for one night in Bucharest. The Arch of Triumph is a few minutes away.

  Worst experience so far

  I called to enquire regarding a reservation for the following day and the receptionist was very polite, advised of the amenities including free WiFi, double room and breakfast. When I arrived, the two men at the reception desk couldn't seem more bored, hardly asked any questions and were quite unfriendly. After having paid (at check in!), I was advised the WiFi was actually not working and I had been allocated a room with 2 single beds. I asked the receptionist why there was no mention of the WiFi issue when I reserved the room or even prior to being asked to pay and he very abruptly told me that he's just "telling me what I need to know". Safe to say this is my first and last visit and I have never experienced such rude and unapologetic staff before.

  Clean, at hand

  I use very often this hotel. I like to come here because it's very close to where I need to be. The rooms are quiet even if the hotel is near the traffic. Clean, average, but never failed the expectations.
