Very nice surrounding, but bad food and service

We were group of 18,and reserved for full day experience. In the morning we came and were delighted with view of exterior and interior of Etno village, wooden cottages, stone walls, fireplace in middle of restaurant... We ordered drinks, coffee and tee. Coffee brand is lowest quality possible, waiter didn't know brands of tea they have (3 Milford, something with yogurt and some grass, fruity something...?!?!?!), I asked him how can you offer something you are not familiar with assortment? Prices were extremely high for that, like we had single origine beans coffee, and natural tea, which is likely expected in ethno restaurant, if you ask me. For lunch we took various food, potage is just leftover vegetables in blender, veal under the bell is 3 pieces (2were fresh and delicious, 3th piece is yesterday leftover just put in hot oven to be hot), drafted beer is superb, pork ribs were indifferent, not salty, too soft, nothing special,... Final decision is, owner invested large amounts of money, but management and service ruin whole thing, Chef not deserve his place, food is under any expectation, but nature and cottages are lovely. Prices are extreme for service and food you get. I would like that these words to be taken seriously, and I will gladly come again.

    Very quite and nice

I think is a very good place if you want to escape from the city. Perfect for family time. In weekends I think is crowded, but during the week is just perfect. You can chill at the restaurant with life music, use the spa or just take a walk nearby. You can visit some vineries or churches and squares in Novi Sad. I had a great stay, it was clean and nice service, good food, although a little expensive.

Lunch in a la cart restaurant

We were a group of five and had different types of cold and warm starters and different types of meat main dishes for lunch- everything was good! Their Premier rakija is also recommendable! This is nice place to have lunch out of the city.

    Kind of dossal

I have been coming to Etno complex Vrdnicka Kula for years now. Quiet and good in the forest, with no traffic to be heard was always high on value list for me. However with opening of the hotel Fruke Terme next to this complex ruined everything. Guests drive cars till late at night, honk even tho it's midnight time. They are loud in corridors (and it's week day we stayed). At 7 am, on Tuesday, a buldoger starts operating in front of the complex, and our sleep is over. Come on. We pay and expect to sleep normal but we get less than 6 hours of quiet. That is just outrageous. If you want to use pool, besides paying the ticket for pool, you will have to pay additional money for towel (!!!)- 3 eur and Sauna too - 20e. Which is outrageous! Never, never in my life have I seen that you have to pay for a towel in the hotel where you go to the pool! We were seven people. So 7 towels.. 21eur, for use of about 2hrs how much we stayed at the pool.

    Great place for relaxation

Stayed in Kula bungalow for five days. Enjoyed every day incl. one rainy day. Clean and comfortable accomodation. Great restaurant ,had several very good meals in the evening. All staff kind and helpful. Excellent pools at nearby Fruske Terme for fun & sun, although a bit pricey on weekends for Kula guests. Overall had a great time and enjoyed our break from hot and sweaty Belgrade.
