    Great Hotel for a group

    We were a Ski club who visited the hotel in January.16. Great freindly staff. Very service minded. Fine food and good rooms. Nice bar. Great for groups we had our own area. All as agreed on beforehand

    Cosy, clean and very Austrian

    We stayed here for one week to go skiing in the huge ski area of Zillertal. The friendly hosts, the good food, the cozyness and cleanliness - and if you ask the kids: the pool - all make us want to return. It is very authentic Austrian which has its charm. We also enjoyed the celebrations fof Fasching (carnival) and Valentine's Day - very festive!

    Group Visit

    Comfortable hotel in a good location. Rooms at the back are best. Nice bed and shower. Staff are helpful. Hospitality is something that Martin has no clue about. He needs UK tours but he doesn't want UK tours. He is very rude and will ignore you even when you say good morgen. When asked about information leaflets in English he retorts that you shouldn't need them because you should be with your tour. In other words, he wants you out of the hotel during the day (I had decided to have an easy day). The pool was not available even though it was advertised as a facility. The food for tour guests is basic. I ordered vegetarian and got a plate of cauliflower ! I would suggest to choose a hotel that does not have a Martin in it.

    Hotel with rustic charm.

    Stayed at the hotel as part of a package tour. We had a good sized room with a balcony. The room was clean but the shower was a bit on the small side. Breakfast was typical cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereals, boiled eggs etc. At breakfast a menu for the evening meal was left for one to choose. Although the choice is limited, the food is good and wholesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a separate room for our group to use after dinner. As a suggestion the experience could be improved if the BBC News Channel was available and there were tea making facilities in the room. Overall it was a pleasant stay at this country hotel. An ideal base for touring the Tyrol. The hotel is near the railway station.
