  Helpful and accommodating for larger family

  After a disastrous start in ermelo having booked at another guest house nearby which we left .. so bad I forfeited the payment just to go. We drove in to see if the ermelo inn could help us (family of 5... 3 kids) the reception lady made a brilliant plan with two adjoining rooms both with two double beds.... what a winner.. price was reasonable and we were very happy to have somewhere peaceful to crash after the long drive and longer day. Next time we came through we will defintely be back and I would recommend the ermelo inn.

  Hotel practico y con apariencia de seguridad

  Ermelo nos pilló de paso en nuestro viaje hacia la costa y buscamos hotel en la ciudad. Pasé una noche alli y lo bueno del hotel es que tenía una habitación amplia y una buena cama para descansar. Disponía de una zona de parking grande. La habitación no disponía de enchufes europeos por lo que tuve que utilizar baterías externas para cargar los móviles. La wifi era bastante deficiente en la planta , sin embargo en el restaurante funcionaba bien. El desayuno era muy abundante , al estilo europeo. El precio de la habitación es elevado con respecto a los precios de España

  Horrible experience

  We arrived at the hotel on Wednesday and got to the room with only 1 set of towels for a sharing room. When we closed the curtian we found the previous guests underwear underneath the curtian. The shower was horrible as you either had scortching hot or freezing cold water. The best or worst part is when we came back from the day out there were no towels in the room. But the part that got me was that there are phones in the room to call room service but it is disconnected. You have to phone them from your cell phone. When the waiter arrives the first thing she asks you is where is my tip. This was my first time in Ermelo and will never return to this hotel.

  What a joke of a hotel No dstv channels No wifi Dysfunctional lights in rooms Horrible breakfast with cheap juice and no fruit Service very poor Powder milk in the room 1 ply toilet paper Filthy towes

  Place filthy

  Did not enjoy my stay at all. Place was filthy, dust on the furniture and filthy basin. Looks like it has not been properly cleaned for months. Customer service was poor. Was not even welcomed or given any information about meal options etc. Never coming back here.
