  Amazing, Relaxing, Fabulous!

  I travel alot to Moroccan Desert and saw this hotel and decided to stay. I was in this hotel recently for 5 nights, really amazing, rooms large and comfortable shower has a Andalusian design to it with the Hammam bowl addition. Beds comfy, swimming pool amazing both in terms of the endless facilities and my favorite the adventure shower. Breakfast was really sumptuous with so many varieties, and the service was superb. The hotel lobby bar staff was very attentive and friendly.. staff were great throughout the hotel. There was not any remarkable deficit during my stay to name, A must stay for those who visit Erfoud.

  Great experience. Delicious food. Clean rooms Beautiful Location. What I liked the best was the delicious Moroccan food. second was the service, you will for sure find the best service and customer support at this place

  If you want modern amenities than you should enjoy . I personally had a very bad experience. The water in my bathroom was brown coloured. I had to use bottled water for hygiene and brushing . Shower wasnt a luxury I could take as the water in the shower wasnt fit for use ( again brown water ) . What I didnt understand was why they gave me such a bad room , especially when they knew that there was a problem with the water . As it was quite cold at night , the heater wouldnt work . They tried with service , which wasnt bad . But service isnt enough when you cant use the bathroom. And the hotel was empty . I think we were the only guests there . If a hotel is under maintenance than the guests should be told in advance . I wouldnt recommend.
