  Para alejarse del ruido por uno días

  Mi estancia de tres días en Eremito ha sido mágica y creo que se maximiza viajando en solitario como yo hice y socializando con el resto de huéspedes muchos de los cuales también viajan solos. Este pequeño hotel encarna en mi opinión los valores del nuevo lujo que son la sencillez, el silencio, la naturaleza, la comida del huerto propio y la nula conectividad a wifi. Es un lugar fantástico para reencontrarte contigo mismo, pensar, meditar, leer y pasear por el bosque. Las habitaciones son pequeñas celdas individuales de estética espartana, hay pocos huéspedes, la comida es sana y es el sitio perfecto para quien desee apartarse del mundo por unos días para reconectarse de nuevo.

  Peaceful retreat

  Eremito is a very special place ... You blink with your eyes and it's a millionaires resort, you blink again with your eyes and it's a spartan monastery. It has a monk's rhythm but no pressure. The lunch and the silent dinner are excellent "as if an angel is peeing over your tongue". A romantic fireplace for tranquillising with a book. The bath area has been refurbished with a Turkish sauna and a pool / Jacuzzi. The surrounding are is great for walking. The rooms are small but has everything you need. This visit was my second time just for one night I really recommend staying at least 2 or 3 night so I will return.

  Rest & Recharge

  This resort absolutely blew away any (already high) expectations I had. Its beautiful monastery-style architecture sits tucked away in the countryside of Umbria. Away from the outside world and overlooking rolling hills of green, its the perfect escape for relaxation. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are served with local wine. Honestly some of the best ingredients Ive ever had ANYWHERE likely because all ingredients are grown on the property and have a fresh farm to table element. The staff were all so friendly and helpful despite my husband and I knowing very little Italian. There is some cell service throughout the property if you need to check emails. My favorite part of the experience is hard to say the gorgeous and luxurious aesthetics of the property, the friendly atmosphere, delicious food, yoga room overlooking the hillside, the evening steam room. Everything was 10/10+++. Thank you for the refresher Eremito!

  This place is absolutely amazing, it has a soul. Yes, it is remote and not really very comfortable by certain standards. Yes, it celebrates sobriety instead of what so many still consider to be 'luxury'. But that is all part of the vision that makes the Eremito so very very special. Seldom has the concept of 'less is more' been converted to such perfection. Marcello and his small team give this place the unique atmosphere and energy that have helped me recharge very effectively. I know, I should have stayed longer, but even so it has been a very fulfilling experience. @ Marcello: grazie infinite to you and your team!!!

  Magic!

  I went to Eremito as I was looking for a peaceful spot in nature, away from busy life. I could not have chosen better! Everyone, both the hotel hosts and the guests, were incredibly friendly and welcoming... It never felt lonely as I met incredible people! The nature just invites you to relax and live in the present! There are great hikes around Eremito and the river in the proximity is super inviting for a swim! While your room is like a modest cell, it is pleasant, comfortable and very clean, with gorgeous views! The spa area is also lovely and relaxing after long walks with a jacuzzi and steam room... Every meal was a treat! Breakfast was a buffet of local delicacies, served by the hotel hosts (due to COVID). The multi courses lunch and dinner were always great, varied and all products just taste amazing! I am not a vegetarian but enjoyed a few days of being a vegetarian! The silent dinner means you can get your thoughts together and really taste and enjoy the quality of the homemade cuisine with local organic products! The Gregorian background music is very calming too! I left Eremito feeling recharged and feeling like I had a few days in a magical place!
