Fabulous stayWow this hotel has to be one of the friendliest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in. We came as a family of 5 adults and can honestly say none of us had any complaints. Drinks, food, air con were all very reasonably priced and the staff are fantastic. They go out of your way to make you feel welcome the cleaners, bar staff, chef and owner were lovely and helpful The hotel was just out side the busy area where the bars & restaurants but still only a few minutes walk to get to the hustle and bustle. Definitely would recommend this hotel and are looking forward to visiting again. Will, Pepe, Lewis, Jacob & Ashlee.

Lovely little placeWe have just returned from Ercan han hotel, there was four of us (2couples). This is a lovely small hotel, it was very clean, rooms and towels cleaned daily. The breakfast is basic but enough for what we paid. We did have lunch there a few times and the food is lovely, a few lira dearer here and there for drinks and food than when out and about but they have to make money somewhere. The staff were very nice and helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them. The pool area is a nice size for the hotel and we always got a sunbed what ever the time of day, although on a couple of nights a few people put there towels for the following day, why I dont know. The hotel is in an ideal spot very central to every thing and a few minutes walk from the beach. While we was there most of the guests were English a little more mature than ourselves and a few have them had issues with their rooms as the hotel doesn't have lifts there for there was stairs to climb to get to most rooms. The hotel to be fair did try their best to reallocate them as soon as they could and they dis explain that unless a lower floor was requested then how was they to know that the guests couldn't use stairs. (We were on the top floor which was the 6th floor so had 6 flights of stairs to climb so we were a little breathless when getting to our room so i can see both sides of view.) I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return next year. Thank you to all the staff there you all work hard to keep the guest happy.

Lovely little hotelFour of us stayed here ( two couples). We arrived early hours of the morning and was given a warm welcome. We were taken to our rooms which were on the top floor and there was no lift. We did not mind this, ( however in the mornings we made sure we had everything so we didn't have to go back up until later ), but it was a problem through out our stay for new guests that were older and some had mobility issues so had to be moved. We felt for the staff tho as they received a but of grief over this but as they explained unless people put in special requests when booking then they are not to know peoples health and mobility issues. The hotel was clean, are rooms were big enough for what is needed and they are cleaned daily alomg with clean towels daily. The breakfast is basic but they will cook for you at a charge. We ate here at lunch time on a few occasions and the food was lovely. The food and drinks are a few lira more expensive than what you can get out and about but the hotel has to make money somewhere. All the staff were helpful and pleasant they made us so welcome and would ever we needed they helped us with. The pool area is small but big enough for the hotel, we never had a problem getting sunbeds there was always plenty spare no matter what time of day. There was the usual 1 or 2 that would put their towels out early morning and not use them till later in the day and one night a couple had put them out just after midnight ready for the morning. We had a really good holiday and would definitely go back to this hotel, it is very central to everything and the beach is a 5 min walk away.

Good locationThis is a small hotel in a quiet location, yet only 10 minutes walk from the beach. Our room and all areas of the hotel were kept spotlessly clean. The room had a minibar which is useful to keep bottled water cool. We also had milk for an early cuppa in the room. Breakfast is Turkish, very basic with toast, hard-boiled eggs. English breakfast can be ordered for £2. It's worth noting that there is no lift. We spent our days on the beach after a really good walk. We used the free sunbeds in front of Pier 15 restaurant - free as long as you use the restaurant for drinks or eats. We have had many wonderful holidays in Icmeler over the years, but now the resort has become so popular, it has got busier and in some areas really noisy. We feel it's time to move on. But we'll always love Turkey.
