  You will hate to leave this touch of paradise.

  Great accommodation, most welcoming staff, beautiful facilities, snorkelling, food etc all amazing. From the minute my daughter, husband and I boarded the ferry we were made so welcome by the friendliness the staff . You unwind as you are completely spoilt with service. Calm and quiet, you can sit on your verandah and feel you are in your own paradise. Facilities include kayaks, paddle boards, beautiful gardens and an amazing new pool you have to try, especially experience the tranquility of it at night. Tommy (the cat) will gladly take care of any food you have left on the restaurant deck. Thank you all for making it such a great vacation. A big hug to you Blanca and the hardest part since coming home is not having Annie to brighten my morning with her brilliant service and flower in my hair. Can not recommend highly enough. Banana pancakes a must.

  Amazing stay will definitely be back

  This is an extraordinary place to stay if you're in Vanuatu, beautiful beach front villas, great places to go to watch sunrises or sunsets. I highly recommend it whether you're a family or a couple who are on your honeymoon. The staff are always on top of their game, be it there to help you or your kids. There are heaps of activities to do just go see the friendly staff see Blonka, Leita or Albert in the tour hut located near reception for many different activities. The restaurant boasts an amazing waterfront view with beautiful music to accompany you with your meal, the staff are prompt on taking your orders for your meals. I gaurantee you, you won't be disappointed with anything.

  Absolutely amazing

  From the time we arrived our kids were made to feel like part of the family. Our room was amazing, facilities great, staff... 10/10. Lots for the kids to do at kids club. Pool is new and great for all ages. The beach is clean and lively to swim in.

  Better location than the other Vila Resorts, do your homework!

  We just got back from 8 days at Erakor and have to say that in our experience over a number of years holidaying in the Pacific that this is one of the most beautiful, relaxing, friendly and well run resorts we have stayed at. It is located right at the mouth of the lagoon and has a beautiful coral reef on the lee of the Island just a few steps from your door. A number of the other resorts are several kms up the lagoon and dont have the clarity of the water, the sea life and the coral. Everything that you would expect is there including free water equipment, kids club, tour desk, volleyball, maxi chess, brand new pool etc etc. Ther is a cultural feat night with a fire show that should not be missed. Also a Movie and Pizza night for the kids and live music from Henry at the bar. It is very quiet and rooms are secluded from eachother. There are day trippers but they are not allowed past a point on the Island and do not get access to the pool. The rooms are clean and modern. We had a deluxe spa suite and the water was literally 6 steps from our deck. The bed was big and comfortable with a mosquito net, the bathroom was clean and modern and there was a bar fridge for your private drinks stash. Aircon and an overhead fan were great but if you open up the louvers you get a great see breeze. The restaurant had awesome quality food at Australian prices. Breakfast was included and the servings for all meals are generous. Drink prices are similar to Australia apart from wine which is expensive everywhere in the Pacific, so be prepared. If you like lagers then go the local Tusker Beer varieties. The tour desk organised a full day private driver (ask for Roy) for us who took us anywhere we wanted for a lot cheaper than group tours. Just avoid cruise ship days and stay on Erakor as it will get very busy everywhere and prices go up. We recommend Rarru Cascades (not Chinese owned), The Zoo (Turtle sanctuary) and Blue Lagoon. Entry costs allow between 1000 and 2000 Vatu pp so allow cash and not large notes. This goes to the local people. If you arent stopping for lunch at a restaurant ask Erakor for a picnic basket the day before. Vila town is only 10 mins away by taxi (700 Vatu). Its worth a look for souveneirs and maybe a lunch. My wife had a massage, a facial and a pedicure at the Day spa at similar prices to back home and was very happy. The staff are wonderful and engaging and make rapid friendships with you very quickly. We got lots of hugs as we were leaving. The new Managers are young and vibrant and eager for feedback as well as easily accessible. We would go again and already recommending it to friends.

  Great spot for a kayak from our resort

  Staying at the resort opposite (Warwick le lagon) and decided to kayak across the lagoon to visit. Lots of fun on the kayaks, made to feel welcome on the island despite not staying there. Snorkeling little murky with not a lot to see aside from starfish and scary slugs however we enjoyed a relaxed couple of hours on the beach with some drinks. Theres a playground etc there which would be great for kids.
