NormalitoEl hotel no tiene nada de especial, pero la ubicación es justo en el medio de un bosque. Al salir por la mañana nos encontramos en la misma puerta del hotel con una familia de ardillas. Idílico. Limpio.

Shambles.Stayed here for one night and that was too long! Covid clearly isnt a issue here as no precaution are taken, we were often the only people wearing a mask. Slow dinner / bar service although there were only 3/4 people eating. If youre a contractor looking for a place that serves beer without food (against the law) then this is the place for you. If you have any option to stay elsewhere - then do!

BusinessAlthough during these difficult Covid 19 times it is difficult to give an accurate view the Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I found the bed to hard for my liking and the Bathroom was showing its age.

Sleepless NightThis hotel is situated in an idyllic forest setting with a big free car park but not within walking distance to any local shops. The reception area is large and check in is actually at the bar with bar stools on one side and tables & chairs in other areas. There's also a games area. There was a menu available for starters, mains, salads, sides & deserts which I think can only be ordered to your room due to COVID restrictions. The carpeted corridors are bright and trendy. The room was spacious with an open unit containing a fan, tea & coffee facilities, a safe, a hanging section and the towels. Connected to this was a long desk with 2 shelves at the end. This desk has a mirror above, a hair dryer on one of the shelves and a flat-screen TV on top of it. There was also a 2-seater bed settee, a standard double bed and a full length mirror. The view was of the car park. The bathroom is a little dated with a single sink and the shower within the bath. There was a big discoloured damp stain on the ceiling. We were only staying 1 night and that night the fire alarm went off at 2am. At first we thought it was a mistake but as it was continuous we decided to go downstairs. When we got downstairs we found most of the hotel guests like us wondering what was happening as there was no staff in sight and no one knew what to do. It was an absolute shambles as people were in their night clothes, there were children, no one knew if there was a real fire and there was no staff to let anyone know what to do or what was going on. Eventfully a member of staff came but they went almost immediately dismissing people as if no-one should ask him any questions or ask him what to do. I was so confused about his reaction. Finally after what seemed like hours the alarm stopped and everyone went back to bed none the wiser of what happened or why. In the morning a limited breakfast was available to take to our rooms and on speaking to the manager at reception about the events which occured in the night, she basically was also dismissive because she claimed to know nothing about the fire alarm going off. This hotel definitely needs staff training on what to do with their guests when the fire alarm goes off at night. Thank goodness it wasn't a real fire.

ExcelenteThe hotel is a bit old but looks like they are taking care of the place, the room bit small but right for the money paid. Lois the maintenance guy is really Attentive boy. The check in with a lot of questions regarding Covid situ.
