  Ephesia - an unmissable destination

  I arrived at this hotel for the third time between 13-20.08.2020. As always, everything was superlative. I didn't know what to expect given the global medical situation, but I have to admit that everything was superlative. All the hotel employees tried, and managed to make us feel good. I never felt this social distance, although it was present, to which reference is made. We all need a period in which to forget about problems at home and I must admit that I had the most expectations from the entertainment team. We knew what it was like last year and we wanted to feel just as good. Expectations have been exceeded. Every night I said that the next day could not be more pleasant than the one I was in, but every day was more beautiful than the one I went through. To thank everyone I would like to remind them of their names and thank them for everything they have done for us from morning to evening. Their names are: Mero, Ronnie, Mourinha, Nilay, Omer, Kadir, Gulcan, Alp, Selen, Berdan, Dj Deniz. I did not thank you when I left, but thank you now for all the beautiful moments you have given us.   Amazing holiday

  Fantastic time at this resort, nice food, great slides for kids, lovely beach but the main attraction is the staff, such friendly, warm and welcoming staff, the animation team were fantastic, the life guards were amazing, restaraunt, bar staff, front of house, lovely little shops in the resort too, got some lovely bags and shoes from dogens, fabulous photographer hugo gave us some memorable family photos, honestly first class service, we didnt want to leave and will definitely be returning next year, 5 stars all round

  Good value

  Lots of good things about this hotel - lovely clean rooms with towels changed every day, lots of different pools manned with lifeguards. Reception staff helpfull and the restaurant staff were exceptionally friendly. As we went during Covid-19 the hotel was only about a third full at most, so very little queues for food and drinks. Masks were supplied at the entrance to the restaurant and hand sanitiser placed on every table. The downside for us was the food; as vegetarians we really struggled. I'm a big fish eater and fish was only served three times during the seven days we were there. I'm sure the restaurant is absolutely fine for meat eaters as there seemed to be plenty of choice for them. We had a three year old child with us and were disappointed that there was no cereal available on any day at breakfast. Another thing we thought strange was the fact that there was no ice cream available on the premises, not even in the restaurant. On day one (1st October) they served ice cream and cake outside, next to the beach bar, but that ended on that same day. After paying for fully inclusive for yourselves and child I rather expected ice cream. Children's entertainment began at 9pm which was a bit late for a three year old child. Despite my comments above I still think the hotel was very good value and we really enjoyed our time there.

  safe and friendly place

  We had our temperatures taken on arrival, the receptionist unfortunately didn't explain where anything was, or the times of anything so it was a case of trying to find our way to the room in the dark. The room was spacious, family room with a little pool. the restaurant was one way in which was not signposted at all. when we eventually got in masks were worn by everyone, and they had masks if you had forgotten your own. The food was not brilliant, i was expecting more seafood, at least some cereals on a morning and more egg choices but unfortunately there wasn't loads of choice. in 4 star hotels i have stayed in before the drinks were served by the staff, but this rarely happened, you went up to the bar and queued again not really clear what was actually available, wine appeared by the glass not as a bottle, and there was no sparkling available, and the spirits were only gin, whiskey vodka and raki. The hotel had lots of pools which were great, they had plenty of slides and obstacles and kept my little girl entertained for hours. The playground area was also great. The staff were so friendly and always wore masks they are a real credit to the place. If the food and drinks were improved this would be a fabulous place, and i would definitely be back

  The best hotel ever

  We arrived very early morning and were treated with the utmost care. We were taken to our room and also helped in with our suitcases. The room on the 3rd floor was absolutely beautiful and the sea view took our breath away. The cleaning staff work so hard in this hotel, its immaculate. The restaurant had hand sanitizer on every single table and you were also given a mask at the one way entrance and exit points. Every thing was extremely easy to find and immaculate. There was always something to eat. Omer, Scooby and Ronnie from the animation team were a delight. So friendly and polite. These guys work so so hard. The Pool guy, Saadettin kept the pool area immaculate every single day and night, we have never seen anyone work so hard, a real asset to the hotel. Hugo does photography at the hotel, you will always find him snapping you all on your way to Tea at night, what beautiful and great keepsakes he makes. The photos are just so precious and Hugo does a fantastic job allowing you to keep your memories in a photo. Mustafa from The Casablanca Restaurant comes around every day, a polite and very friendly man, offering free taxi to and from his restaurant in Kusadasi, take up this offer. What amazing food, so fresh and so enjoyable. We had the chicken kebab and T-bone steak and Wow, absolutely fantastic, so good that we visited a few times. The amount of pools this hotel has is awesome, my husband and I were able to be away from any children at a quite pool and this was perfect for us as we didnt have any children with us. The Kumsal restaurant along the road from the hotel is awesome, well worth a visit. The food was just perfect and so fresh. This is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel and right on the beach with amazing views. The hotel is so flat for people who have mobility issues. You can walk from one end to the other with no issues in your way. I cant rave about this hotel enough, its just so perfect for every member of a family. Its beautiful, immaculate, stunning sun sets, hard working staff who are all extremely polite and helpful. This was our first time in Turkey and we would go nowhere else but this hotel. It so beautiful and just perfection. I cant as you can tell speak highly enough of it. I truly hope we return next year for another awesome memory making time.
