  Beautiful and Calming

  A relaxing place to spend a couple of days. The room was exceptional and the breakfast amazing. Staff are helpful and always accommodating. The service provided was prompt and courteous at all times and we cant wait to go back.

  Amazing couples retreat

  Honestly one of the best experiences Ive ever had! The staff, ambience, room, amenities and food was all incredible. I cant recommend to my friends and family enough and I will definitely be back!!!

  Beautiful!

  We had a wonderful 2 days at Empire last weekend. Wish we could have stayed and relaxed longer!!! Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet- it felt like we were the only 2 people there! Such a beautiful vibe/decor and every staff member was so lovely and willing to help where ever they could. The only suggestion we would have would be the addition of a little weber or barbecue in the luxury villa in which we stayed. If this is not possible, a communal one would be fantastic. We will definitely be back! :) :) :)

  With a few changes, could be great

  A beautiful peaceful setting. Just a few things that let it down, that if addressed, could make this place amazing. The staff are lovely and genuinely friendly. The points that let it down start with the cleaners. They starting knocking on the door between 8 and 9 am each day we where there - too early for a long weekend. We asked them to come back, and 5 minutes later - they knocked on the door again! The breakfast is a bit basic, whilst great that it is included, had only a few hot options listed that could get repetitive if you were staying for more than a few days. The bathroom is poorly designed. The shower is over the bath with a shower curtain around it (a shower curtain is not something you expect in a high end resort) and copious amounts of water end up on the floor outside the bath whilst showering. Luckily, plenty of towels are supplied to soak it up. With a price tag of $600 a night - this just shouldnt be something we have to deal with. A new stand-alone shower with a proper glass screen should be installed in the bathroom as there is plenty of space to do so. The view onto the bush is lovely and sitting on the balcony with your favourite glass of wine is a selling point.

  Peaceful Retreat

  Great place with fantastic service .well worth a visit We had a wonderful stay midweek and enjoyed all this region has to offer The place is well run and nothing too much trouble for the staff We will visit again.
