    Confortable y muy buena comida,amplias habitaciones y exelente servicio de lavanderia.Cerca de la estacion de tren y de los shopings!Buena ubicacion,cuenta con shoping propio y locales de comida al lado.

    The hotel is within the shopping mall and within walking distance to another shopping mall. Also about 10 minutes walk to LRT and Komuter (train) Station. As such it is easily accessibly by public transport

    Dirty window

    Good things like shopping mall, LRT, mosque surrounded the hotel. But the hotel itself lack in so many things. Lift very slow, lobby look shabby - the arrangement look mixed up and in a poor taste. Friendly staff. Wanted to make a complain about the room but did not see anyone that looked like a high management at the lobby area. The window look very dirty, i wonder when the last time they do cleaning.

    Dirty hotel

    Worst experience ever. I got put off during my first night, my first time in this hotel by a dirty & dim room : 1) coffee stains on the table 2) sticky sofa chair 3) dirty bedsheets & smelly flimsy pillows + a bed that made u itch so bad you cant sleep well 4) dirty toilet Stuffy n hot reception. My first & last.

    Very Poor Service!

    Checked in for a 3 night stay but regretted the decision after. Although hotel situated in the heart of Subang Jaya just above a shopping mall, the hotel service was extremely poor. - fridge was broken so called room service, concierge, reception no answer....multiple calls made and no answer. Had to go back down to hotel reception personally to inform them. Even then, took them over 8 hours to changed the fridge after repeated reminders. - asked for toothbrush only got them them a day and a half later after personally having to ask the lady cleaning the rooms to give us some. - tried calling for room service to order food...can die of starvation....finally gave up and went down to the shopping mall to get something to eat. I had work e-conferences in the room so was very hungry by the time i went down to get food. Overall, will not come again. Service almost non-existent.
