  Un apartamento fantástico

  Mi familia y yo nos alojamos en este apartamento en junio del 2007. Estuvimos en uno de 3 dormitorios en la primera planta...que fue lo que pedimos ya que tenemos 2 niños pequeños. Nuestra unidad era la 106 y estaba ubicada de maravilla. Salías y estabas al lado de la piscina. Pude acostar a mi bebé a dormir la siesta, llevarme el intercomunicador a la piscina y estar MUY cerca de donde estaba ella. Era GENIAL. Es difícil encontrar algo así en Destin. Hay un montón de complejos que no tienen plantas bajas que lleven directamente a la piscina. El apartamento estaba limpio, bien decorado y era amplio. La cocina era ENORME y la suite principal era fantástica. Sin embargo la bañera del principal era más bien pequeña. La piscina era pequeña pero nos daba igual con tal de tener un buen apartamento que estuviese en la planta baja. La playa estaba super limpia...y había personal que se encargaba del servicio de sombrillas. Era un complejo pintoresco y tranquilo. ¡¡Sencillo y fantástico!! Hicimos nuestra reserva directamente en la página web de Sterling Resorts...Llamé al número 1800. Sterling cuenta con varios complejos para elegir. Las playas de Destin están muy llenas durante esta época del año...pero nunca nos sentimos incómodos ni nos molestó nadie. ¡¡Tienes que estar en la playa a las 9:00h si quieres una silla con sombrilla!!

  Review Emerald Towers Destin

  My dad and I rented a condo here August 11-13. We have stayed at this property last several times we have visited Destin and the experience has always been good. This time was no exception. Only complaint would be the lights from the elevator shine in the front bedroom window at night quite brightly. Dont know if they can be dimmed. Otherwise stay was great. Unit was very nice and comfortable. Will be back on next visit to Destin

  This management company is a scam! DO NOT RESERVE YOUR DESTIN FLORIDA VACATION THROUGH THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY. I reserved for July 2021. The booking was non refundable without purchasing the Carefree Cancellation Waiver which was not an option to add to the booking charges upon checkout. I called the management company and they had my booking in PANAMA CITY. Ok. They fixed that. I asked them about the Carefree Cancellation Waiver and told them I wanted it but wasnt offered upon checkout. The lady said by purchasing I could cancel with no problem (had COVID shutdowns in mind) but I would forfeit the $179 waiver charge. Ok. Fair Enough. Then they sent me the rental agreement via email for Signature...the Carefree Cancellation Waiver only allowed you to cancel due to death of a traveling companion, jury duty or military leave. Totally different than what the lady told me (who kept heavy sighing the WHOLE time I talked to her). So the day after booking (typically a 3 day grace period is allowed for backing out of a contract) I emailed them and told them I would not sign the rental agreement and will cancel my reservation (almost a year out). Then I get an email saying I had signed my agreement and a copy was attached. I DID NOT SIGN THE AGREEMENT! THEY FORGED MY ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE! I dont know how but they did. Adobe E-sign provides an audit trail and it showed when I viewed the document several times and also provides the IP address from which it was viewed. Guess where the IP address was next to signed by A.A (me)? Thats right...Panama City Beach! Best Beach Getaways LLCs address! Since I was half way across the country (provable) at the time it was signed IN PANAMA CITY, I think I may have a case! Filed a formal complaint with Florida AG and a police report. My credit card reversed the 793.00 booking charge...thank God (and Bank of America) for that! This company will stoop to committing FORGER AND FRAUD against its customers! BEWARE! You have been warned!

  Great view! Condo 305 was clean and comfortable.

  Great view! Condo 305 was clean and comfortable. Our condo was managed by Emerald Coast Vacation Rentals. We had to cancel plans in Pensacola, Florida due to damage from Hurricane Sally and they managed to find this condo for us that was available for all the days we had planned to stay the day before we came down! The view was great from the private balcony, condo was clean and in good repair except that the balcony doors couldn't be locked. They both opened and closed ok though and we were on the 3rd floor so I wasn't really concerned about it. The property is steps from the beach and ocean and has chair and umbrella rentals from a separate company. Outdoor showers are available (and needed!) for coming back from the beach. The mattress was better for my back than either cruise ship or hotel mattresses have been on past vacations so I was impressed with it. 2 bed, 2 bath, open concept kitchen/dining/living room looking toward the balcony so you have a great view as soon as you walk in the door. Pretty much all the comforts of home! High speed wifi is included so we were able to watch our regular streaming packages just as if we were at home. It had cable on the regular tv if that's more your speed. Property also has a pool. The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is the balcony doors issue and some minor upkeep issues in the condo. All the lights and outlets we tried worked although some of the lights were a little hard to figure out at first due to switch location etc. I would love to stay here again!

  Emerald Towers unit 605 smells like a wet diaper

  Emerald Towers 605 was horrible. Roaches and smelled like a wet diaper. In need of lots of repairs. Carpet in bedrooms was gross! Holes in the walls, head board not attached to the frame, plugs not covered, non stick pots and pans completely scratched up, ceiling plaster falling off, bathroom door will not close. See attached photos.
