  NOT CLEAN

  1) Out of safety for our family, we always check the cleanliness of the room and beds when we first arrive. We reserved 2 rooms that both had 2 queen beds in each. In one room, the first bed had a MOLD-LIKE substance throughout the edges of the bed. The second bed had multiple stains that appeared to be URINE. 2) We took pictures of what we discovered and quickly contacted the front desk to show what we saw. We were then given a new room. ONCE AGAIN, on one of the beds, we noted there were similar URINE stains located on the bed and took pictures. 3) We informed the front desk again and were offered another room. However, due to the building frustration, we decided to completely cancel the 2nd room we reserved and our whole family stayed in one hotel room that had clean beds. We did not want to keep wasting our time being assigned a new room and risking the chance of additional disappointment and disgust. 4) Although the hotel has a program called CleanStay with Lysol Protection in the midst of the Covid Pandemic, it completely missed the basic foundation of customer safety with clean bed mattresses. Customers trust that what they sleep on our fundamentally clean. And it is the hotel's responsibility to ensure that. Overall, this was a very poor experience. The lack of cleanliness questions the hotel's concern for the safety of its customers. I will not use this hotel ever again and would not recommend it to other travelers.

  EXCELLENT VISIT!

  I recently had a 4 day visit & I was extremely impressed how the Hotel handled all Covid-19 related matters! The room was sealed when I arrived, hence I knew no one had entered my room after cleaning! My room was spotless and it had a fresh clean scent, not an irritating disinfect smell. The Hotel had reservations for the pool and fitness center which I appreciated. No worries at all to visit the Embassy Suites North Alderwood Mall!

  OUTSTANDING STAY AT EMBASSY SUITES LYNNWOOD WASHINGTON

  An outstanding stay at Embassy Suites, Lynnwood Washington, especiily with the COVID Virus issues complications hindering travel. Room was sanitized, appeared clean, had a pleasant clean smell. A nice touch, where each entry door had a sticker in doorway indicating room was cleaned and sanitized. Front Office Supervisor Jolina was professional and offered a great, warm welcome. Matt in Bar was appreciate of the guests staying during this horrific crisis. Great job to all during this crazy 2020 business travel period, keeping the country Essential.

  Unsanitary Room, Not Kid Friendly

  This sums up my stay: -I found two used bandages with dry blood under the desk -The laminated menu on the desk was sticky, despite the sign that stated it was sanitized -The drain in the shower was broken, so you have to shower in standing water -The "snack hour" was not kid friendly, forcing you to go into the bar -The front desk was unable to hear my concerns because they were attending to other customers on the phone or in person. Or the front desk attendant was having a personal conversation I didn't want to interrupt. + The free breakfast program was organized and the food was tasty + My request for a late check out was granted without a battle + Free parking After my stay in early February I was emailed a survey by Hilton/Embassy Suites. I took the survey and was honest about the unsanitary conditions. I didn't receive any communication from the hotel manager regarding my concerns, no calls or emails.

  What a staff!

  My wife, our dog and I stayed at ES North Lynnwood for a little over a week. A house fire displaced us so we were a bit out of sorts when we arrived as you can imagine. The staff at ES really made a difference. Tasha and Jolina at the front desk were very helpful with everything we needed. At the time, we needed a lot! John and Danielle were always there to lend that all important helping hand. We grubbed down at Cascades (ES Restaurant) quite a bit. Food was great! Brad and Matt were awesome on the service side. We would still be staying at this hotel if we didn't need something bigger. Keep up the good work ES Team!! Thank you for all you did for us!
