My stay at Embassy
my stay at Embassy was very clean and i was well taken care if. Shelby took care of my breakfast every morning with a smile. Even brought it to me .I would recommend the Embassy to anyone. Great place!!! And Shelby is an asset and professional employee. Thanks for the stay!!!!

Sad
Front person is not helpful. Doesn't give options.. To help. Im here for 3 weeks for work. And it seems that they don't care. I have to stay here because my company pays. If I had a choice I would not stay here

Great Hotel
My stay has been great all of the staff is nice and helpful especially Shelby who is a delight every morning with her infectious energy and personality. The breakfast buffet is amazing and equally delicious is the dinner menu. The few minor issues I experienced where handled quickly and with ease... I would definitely come back.

6 week stay with pets!
Our story is a bit unusual so I don't exactly know where to begin. We live in our class A motorhome that was in need of a BUNCH of warranty work. The General Manager, Chris, and Sales Manager Debi worked to accommodate us for a lengthy stay (unbeknownst to us, longer that we even anticipated). Our stay ended up being over 6 weeks due to a horrific cold spell that brought record low temperatures along with ice and snow to the area for an extended period. We cannot say enough good about this hotel. Let me start by naming some people who made our stay so enjoyable. EVERY morning there was a HOT buffet breakfast with anything you could want including an omelet station. Shelby, Bert, Martha, and Djoko always worked so hard and always did it with a smile. It's easy to fool people for a day or two but not six weeks! They were consistant and always had everything stocked, cleaned, and ready for their guests. They always told us to have a great day and asked if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. Then to the housekeeping crew. Rosa was our assigned housekeeper and she was over and above on everything! Always friendly and so thorough in everything she did. Her job is a hard and thankless job and I so appreciated her coming in and taking care of us. She never made it out to look like it was a job for her...she took great pride in her job! I also want to mention Jo because she was also so sweet and made her guests feel important and valued. She even knocked on my door, knowing that we were long timers here, and asked if I would like some taco bell she brought in for her housekeeping crew. They had some left and she knew I likely had not eaten lunch so offered to me...SOO SWEET. Now I'll move to the front desk crew. Andrew and Kendra were always so sweet and able to answer all my questions. Even if I just needed out the room for a little bit and needed a walk. If I went up to bug them just for a little conversation, they never made me feel like i was bothering them. Andrew even offered to carry a heavy box I had delivered from Chewy's to our room! Although we didn't use the pool, it was a heated indoor pool and got a lot of use. Our room was near the pool and whenever we walked by either coming or going, the pool area was always clean and available. I should also mention they just remodeled their entire lobby/guest area and it's very beautiful. Thank you Chris, Debi, Kendra, Andrew, Martha, Rosa, Djoko, Shelby, Jo, and Bert (and all the other staff members who helped behind the scenes to make sure the guest are cared for and comfortable). We really appreciate the care you gave us. No one wants to call a hotel "home" but for us, that's exactly what it was for 6 weeks. If you are considering this hotel for your business/leisure stay, I strongly encourage you to book it...you won't be disappointed.

My daughters birthday
I want to give a BIG thumbs up to Andrew C for saving the day! This guy was was basically running the hotel on his own. The place was near capacity and he didn't seem to have very much help but was totally getting it done. I did have an issue however I could clearly see how busy and how hard he was working to take care of the line of guest he had so did not mind standing aside and watching him do his thing. Once he got a break he resolved the issue that I had in a most professional manner just as I knew he would from watching him with other customers. The hotel was seriously under staffed but you would never know it with folks like Andrew and I want to include the bar staff that night as well because they had a huge crowd and from what I could tell it was only two of them but they got it done. This is the quality I expect from Hilton properties and I hope the staff that was on duty on 3/13/2021 get rewarded accordingly. They certainly deserve it!
