  1 night stay

  Trying to be fair the hotel and staff were just fine. Despite the current covid situation I felt comfortable with sanitation of the hotel and common areas. My biggest problem is my overall experience. The walls are paper thin and apparently this is a party hotel. The disrespectful people in the room next door listened to loud music and talked loudly well into the early am. Sleeping was difficult at best.

  Rooms need updating

  Stayed several days recently for a business trip. Upon checking my room, there was a ceiling panel hanging that needed a filter. Not sure where the communication breakdown occurred, but maintenance came right away and fixed it. The room was clean for table but he bathrooms SERIOUSLY need some work. The shower stall needs Clorox as several in our group were in the same condition. The evening reception was only available on Thursday for our stay ( or Tuesday and Wednesday) the hot breakfast was not bad and 5e coffee was good. All of the staff was nice and helpful so no complaints there. The lobby and main area seems to have been renovated since ukase stay but the bathrooms need a serious deep cleaning.

  Great Valet Service and Great Rooms

  I came to Montgomery for business and stayed at the Embassy Suites where I was greeted by a great front desk and awesome valet service. For the price of the hotel I could not have asked for more, the breakfast was great and the hotel accommodated my every need. Tre was my valet when I checked out and offered me good directions to where I needed to go and put in the effort to talk to me while I stood outside. Overall a great experience and would love to come back again. Exceptional service!

  I never thought I would give Embassy Suites a bad rating before now.

  The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean. Customer service is non existent. We got there at 6 PM tp find out our room was not only not ready, tgey did not know when it would be ready. They had no way to notify me I just had to keep getting back in line. They said because of Covid they were on skeleton staff....REALLY WHY BOOK TGE HOTEL TO CAPACITY. They had had a year to figure this out. And BTW dont call customer service tgey cant help you either. This is poor management at its worst. Finally at 7:15 we finally got in our room but others were waiting. I will not visot again.

  Do not recommend

  Do not stay here. This is from a Hilton Honors Diamond member who travels a lot. This is seriously the filthiest Hilton property we have ever stayed at. Not so much the room we had, but the common areas. No pride at all. We came to Montgomery for a work related function and picked this location with some basic Hilton expectations on quality and cleanliness that were far from met. If we could do it over again we would stay at the Hampton downtown or the Renaissance across the street. The main entrance to this hotel was a disaster with filthy rugs, small trash items and cigarette butts laying on ground. The three glass elevators were simply disgusting with spills on tile floor, dirty stainless panels and stains on both sides of the glass. The large gathering/breakfast area carpets were also filthy (over used word here but no better adjective). If they ever vacuumed, the vacuum was broken. We were here over a four day period and small trash and all the filth remained on the carpeting throughout this time period. No effort at all to maintain. We understand an aging property, but simple lack of basic maintenance and cleanliness in THE TIME OF COVID is not acceptable. We are not germ-a-phobes by any extent. Any reasonable person would think is this place clean and safe?? I took a picture of an entry rug that remained in a pile undisturbed for four days! I could have taken a hundred pics to describe what we saw, but that one pic says it all. No one monitored the property and if they did they didnt care to fix the rug or report to staff. Pass this place up!
