  Buen hotel para negocios y visita a la ciudad. Buenas comodidaes y en el centro de la ciudad . Cerca ls centros de conven y las atracciones de Indianapolis. Buen lugar para caminar, se llega a pie a los principales lugares del centro: estadio de los colts, pacers y un poco mas alejado pero cerca de speedway

  Nice property in a great location

  A better than average Embassy Suites that is centrally located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis. The hotel offers all the traditional amenities that you would expect from an Embassy Suites (free happy hour, made to order breakfast, large suite like rooms etc.) with the added bonus of some higher-end services including an on-property restaurant and bar. The property is very clean and well maintained. The fitness center was average. Our room was very nice and spacious - even for an Embassy Suites room. Only downside was that our two TVs were difficult to operate - the remotes never seemed to work. Not a huge deal but a bit annoying. The hotel is centrally located in the middle of Indianapolis, a short walk to Bankers Life and Lucas Oil stadiums and tons of great restaurants. If you are in town for a sporting even or business, you can't go wrong with the Embassy Suites.

  Never again!!!

  This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a Hilton! This was our first weekend without kids since Covid so we decided to take a drive go out to eat and relax.... Boy were we wrong....To start off as we walk from the parking garage to the hotel all we could smell was weed, there were people stand outside of the hotel smoking! We went on in to check in... we reserved a executive king suite and asked a to make sure before going up to the room... Wrong they gave us a corner suite! Once in the room to no surprise it was dirty, pictures below hair in the bathroom, toilet paper sitting on the counter, hand towel left on the sink..toilet had stuff just sitting on it, sink wasnt cleaned... broken hot wheels cars in plain sight Dont let the Lysol stickers fool you its not clean! ... my Fiancée didnt want to go all the way back down and said she would clean it and lets deal with it and make the most of our time alone! After going out to eat and coming back to watch tv there is a loud smacking of metal on metal coming from the bathroom in the vent... We record it and let the front desk and maintenance guy watch and listen... maintenance guy comes up he cant figure it out... says hes going to talk to the front desk... we wait and wait and wait we finally call back down... Hes gone home!!! Nothing they can do! After shift change and tired of not being able to hear the tv over the smacking noise we call back down... All they could offer was a even smaller room... at this point Im just ready to just check out and drive the 2 hours back home my fiancée says take the room and we will leave first thing in the morning! We call Hilton and they say the GM will call us within 72 hours... Nope!!! We will NEVER stay here again, Save yourself the time and sanity and go to the JW Marriot or the Hilton down the road...This place is Old and it shows... One employee even told us they wouldnt even stay here... and told us about the Hilton down the street, and that this Embassy is the red headed step child to Hilton as a whole! So much for a The Hilton Gurantee this place is a complete joke...complete waste of money!

  Nothing special

  The hotel was definitely not the experience that I was expecting or hoping for. The complimentary breakfast was inedible. The room was the loudest room I have ever stayed in. The HVAC system ran constantly and was soooo loud and disruptive. I did love the view of the circle center monument. The price point wasnt terrible. We wouldnt stay here again and I wouldnt recommend it but I also wouldnt say to avoid staying here.

  Homeless Population

  My daughter and I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites for a volleyball tournament. The hotel was filled with volleyball girls and families. My daughter and friends encountered a passed out homeless man on the 20th floor of the hotel. When they told the front desk about him, they were scolded and told that they should not be on the 20th floor and that they have many entrances and they cant control the homeless population. Upon checkout, I spoke with Manager Kelly and told her I thought it was unacceptable to have homeless people laying in the hallway of her hotel. She told me she was aware and that there really wasnt anything she could do about it. She did say that when you are a guest of the hotel, you have free range of the hotel so it was not an issue that my daughter was on another floor. I offered suggestions to improve their hotel such as having key card only access on the elevators and she said that they would not be doing that upgrade. I also suggested having security at the elevator doors especially during a busy weekend and she said that the hotel does have security. We were there for four days and I did not see a security officer at any time. If you know there is a problem, be proactive and fix it. Dont wait until someone gets hurt by uninvited guests. Obviously, the safety of my family is more important to me than it is to the staff at Embassy Suites and we will not be staying there again - totally unacceptable!
