  Missed the normal perks of Embassy Suite due to Covid, but the lower price made up

  Room was nice, recently remodeled. Bed excellent. Very spacious and quiet. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location. Parking and rooms very close to 4 different elevators. Underground Garage not so handy for high SUV or trucks, height restriction. Breakfast is a brown bag affair that varies from day to day. Pool and gym are open and pretty nice. However, pool is not heated and the pictures are deceptive. They filled in the Hot Tub with concrete in January, guess that's cheaper than fixing it. That's a shame, we miss the hot tub.

  Cleaning issue

  When I checked it and entered the room I found the toilet unclean and that was disappointing specially during the COVID-19 which will give you an indication of the cleaning for the entire facility. The front office manage to change my room but in the other room I found a big needle sticking out from one of the beds which can create a disaster situation especially if you have kids.

  A place to sleep

  I have stayed at hotels during Covid but this one offered the least. Clean and rooms are good but you have to go to front desk if you want anything. They will not bring it to you. You can have food delivery but you have to go to lobby to get it. No coffee for guests... yes, there is a coffee maker in the room but no creamer.. you guest it, you have to go lobby to get it. There is literally nothing to do at this hotel but sleep. No food, no bar, no service. The staff is certainly nice enough but you have to do all the work. Disappointing for a Hilton property.

  Impressive hotel but No hot tub!

  Stayed for New Years for 2 nights with family of 8. Awesome hotel with underground parking, HUGE open central area with glass elevators that you can see up to the top floor. Very nice rooms allowed us plenty of space. A little disappointed with no breakfast (only box breakfast with hardboiled eggs, bagel and yogurt) but I get it with COVID. *NOTE- There is no hot tub. The website shows one but they must have filled it in now because it is not where the picture shows it next to the pool. Nice pool though.

  Place away from home

  Embassy suites offers the best rooms with lots of space. Not to mention free happy hour and bug to order breakfast although not during covid we still book with this chain. Desk manager is just excellent Elaine
